국문 초록

이 연구는 니체의 ‘아곤’에 관한 철학적 사유를 인성교육에 적용하려는 시도이다. 본 연구는 근대교육의 핵심 목표인 평등의 가치에 대한 비판과 동시에 오늘날 수월성 교육의 이름으로 진행되고 있는 약탈적 경쟁교육을 동시에 비판할 것이다. 우리는 평등과 약탈적 경쟁교육에 대한 대안을 니체의 ‘아곤’ 사유에 기초한 인성 교육에서 찾는다. 본 논문의 목표는 그리스 문화를 아곤 개념을 통해 이해하고, 그것에 기초하여 인간의 왜소화를 초래했고 가치 창조의 여력을 상실한 유럽문명을 구하기 위한 니체의 시도를 살펴보는 것이다. 이 목표를 성취하기 위해 우선, 그리스 철학과 문화에서 아곤적 사유를 가장 표본적으로 보여주는 니체의 「호머의 경쟁」을 살펴보고, 그리스 문화의 정수라고 할 수 있는 비극이 어떻게 아곤적 사유에서 탄생했는지도 추적한다. 또한 아곤 가치의 부활을 꿈꾸는 니체의 주장을 그의 힘에의 의지에 기초한 위대한 개인의 훈육 프로그램을 통해 살펴본다.

영문 초록

The study is an attempt to apply the philosophical thought of Nietzsche s argon to personality education. In this study I will criticize both the value of equality, a core goal of modern education and the predatory competitive education that is being conducted under the name of excellence education today. We seek personality education based on Nietzsche s argon as an alternative to the equality and predatory competitive education. The aim of this paper is to explore Nietzsche s attempts to understand Greek culture through the concept of argon , and based on it, revise European civilization which caused human diminution and lost the ability of value creation. In order to achieve this goal, we first look at Nietzsche s Homer s Competition in which arrogant thought in Greek philosophy and culture is exemplified. Then we follow up on how tragedy, which can be the essence of Greek culture, originated. Nietzsche s claim to the resurrection of the value of argon is also examined through a great individual s discipline program based on his will to power.
