대학생의 취업 목적 자기소개서 쓰기 양상과 교육 방안 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 학교에서 배운 지식이나 기능이 사회에서 발휘될 수 있도록 하는 역량에 기반을 둔 교육의 관점에서 대학생들이 실제 취업 상황에서 활용할 수 있는 자기소개서 쓰기 교육에 관해 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 학습자들의 자기소개서를 취업 목적의 적합성을 기준으로 실무 전문가를 통해 ‘개인의 성향, 개인의 능력, 직업 이해도, 대인관계’의 항목별로 평가하였다. 평가 결과를 바탕으로 상·하위권 각각 20%를 선정하고 워드 클라우드로 시각화 하여 핵심 단어 분석을 통해 경향성을 도출하였다. 분석 결과 상위권 자기소개서에는 구체적인 직업군, 회사명, 브랜드, 경험, 경력이 구체적으로 제시되고 있었다. 또한 인간관계, 미래 지향적인 이미지, 외향적 특징을 지닌 단어들의 출현 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 반면 하위권 자기소개서에는 직업 분야가 광범위하게 제시되었으며 내재적, 개인적 특성을 지닌 단어들의 출현 빈도가 높았다. 또한 고민, 어려움, 답답함과 같이 부정적 단어의 출현 빈도도 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 자기소개서 쓰기 교육에서 직업과 관련된 다양한 어휘 사용으로 전문성 드러내기, 긍정적 이미지를 주는 단어 사용으로 개인의 성향 효과적으로 드러내기, 고유명사, 구체적 지명, 전문 용어 사용하기, 결정적 사건을 스토리텔링의 방식으로 제시하기, 과거보다는 미래지향적 방향 제시가 필요하다. 본고에서 제시한 취업 목적 자기소개서 쓰기 교육은 기존 개인적 활동으로 이루어져 왔던 과거 중심의 성찰적 자기소개서에 비해 기업에 대한 조사․분석, 워드 클라우드 활용 핵심어 분석과 같은 탐구적 성격을 지니며, 학습 공동체 안에서 내용을 공유하고 발표하는 프로젝트 방식의 학습으로서의 확산 가능성을 지닌다. 또한 이는 실제 취업 상황에서 활용 가능한 효용성을 지닌 학습이라는 측면에서 ‘역량 기반 교육’이 추구하는 목표와도 일맥상통한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the content of self-introduction writing that college students can utilize in real employment situations from the viewpoint of education based on competence that knowledge or function learned in society can be exerted in society. For this purpose, self-introduction of college students was evaluated by the experts on the basis of suitability of the purpose of employment, by individual tendency, individual ability, job understanding, interpersonal relationship. Based on the evaluation results, 20% of the top and bottom scores were selected, and key words were extracted and visualized in ‘Word Cloud’, and the results of the analysis were derived. As a result of analysis, the specific job group, company name, and brand have been revealed in the self-introduction document of the top level, and experience and career have been specifically suggested. In addition, the frequency of occurrence of words related to human relationships, words with future - oriented images, and words with extroverted characteristics were high. On the other hand, the low-level self-introduction letter has a wide range of occupational fields and the incidence of words with intrinsic and personal characteristics is high. In addition, the frequency of negative words such as ‘anxiety, difficulty, and frustration’were relatively high. Based on the results of the analysis, it is possible to reveal the professionalism through the use of various vocabulary related to the occupation as the contents of writing the self introduction letter, to expose the person s tendency effectively using the word that gives a positive image, to use proper noun, specific designation, Presenting them in the form of storytelling, presenting them in the direction of future rather than the past. The job introduction self-introduction training presented by the main office has the same exploratory characteristics as research and analysis of companies and core language analysis using word cloud, as compared to previous self-introduction conducted by individual activities. It is also in line with the goals pursued by the Competency-Based Education in terms of learning that is available in real employment situations.
