국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년들의 대인관계능력 향상을 목적으로 한 접근으로 성취목표성향, 체육교과태도에 대한 관계를 검증하고 원만한 대인관계형성을 위한 성취목표성향의 이해와 체육교과의 긍정적 역할에 대한 이론적 근거를 마련하고자 하였다. 이러한 연 구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2016년 3월~8월까지 D광역시와 C도에 거주하고 있는 중·고등학생을 모집단으로 설정하고 편의표본추출 방법을 활용하여 400명을 표집하여, 설문에 응답하지 않거나 불성실한 응답자를 제외한 후 총 340명의 유효 표본 을 확보한 후 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 수집을 위한 연구도구로는 선행연구에서 사용된 문항을 기초로 하여 이 연구에 맞게 수정 보완하여 사용하였으며, 설문지의 타당성 확보를 위해 탐색적 요인분석(EFA)과 확인적 요인분석(CFA)을 이용하여 타당도 검사를 실시하였고, 자료 분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계분석기법은 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 청소년들의 성취목표성향은 체육교과 태도에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 성취목표성향은 대인관계능력에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 체육교과태도는 대인관계능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to verify the relationship between achievement goal orientation and attitude toward Physical Education with the purpose of improving adolescents’ interpersonal competence and to provide the theoretical foundation for the understanding of achievement goal orientation and positive role of Physical Education subject. In order to achieve this purpose, middle and high school students who are attending schools in C and D metropolitan cities in 2016 were selected as the convenience sampling. After excluding incomplete survey forms, a total of 340 valid samples were analyzed. The statistical methods used for this study are exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling analysis. The conclusion of this study are as follows: First, the adolescence’s achievement goal orientation has direct effects on attitude toward physical education. Second, the adolescence’s achievement goal orientation has direct effects on interpersonal competence. Third, the adolescence’s attitude toward physical education has no direct effects on interpersonal competence.
