국문 초록

본 연구는 대학축구 선수의 지도자 코칭지식 지각과 지도자 신뢰 그리고 경기력 간의 인과관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 대한축구협회(KFA)에 선수로 등록된 대학축구 선수를 2018년 3월부터 7월까지 연구 참여모집단으로 선정하였으며, 그 중 312명의 대학축구 선수가 본 연구의 연구 참여자로 선정되었다. 연구 참여자들로부터 수집된 설문지 중 총 302부의 설문지를 본 연구의 최종 자료로 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 통계프로그램 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 측정도구의 구성타 당도와 내적일관성을 확보하기 위한 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 변인 간의 관련성을 분석하기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 연구가설 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형분석, 부트스트래핑 분석을 실시하였다. 각 변인 간 인과관계 분석을 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학축구 선수의 지도자 코칭지식 지각이 지도자 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학축구 선수의 지도자 코칭지식 지각이 경기력에 유의하지 않은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 코칭지식 지각에 영향을 받았던 지도자 신뢰는 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 대학 축구선수가 지각한 축구 지도자의 코칭지식과 경기력의 관계에서 지도자 신뢰는 매개(완전)효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 지도자와 선수사이에 신뢰가 바탕이 되었을 때 코칭지식이 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 현장지도자는 코칭지식만으로는 경기력을 향상시킬 수 없으므로 신뢰를 토대로 코칭지식을 전달하는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to casual relations between the athletic performance, trust in coach and perception of college soccer player on soccer coaches coaching knowledge. College soccer players registered at KFA were set as a population for this research, amongst them, 312 college soccer players were set as a research participant for this research. 302 questionnaires were collected from research participants and were used as a final data for this research. Collected data points went through statistical programs such as SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Using these programs confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed to guarantee the construct validity and internal consistency of the measurement tool. To analyze the relationship between the variables correlation analysis was performed, and to verify the research hypothesis structural equation modeling and bootstrapping analysis was performed. The result of this research is following; first, a perception of college soccer player on soccer coache’s coaching knowledge has a significant effect on trust in an instructor. Second, acknowledging the coaching knowledge of the coach doesn t have a significant effect on athletic performance. Third, the trust level in a coach which was affected by the perception of college soccer player on soccer coache’s coaching knowledge has a significant effect on athletic performance Finally, trust in coach has mediating effect on the relationship between the athletic performance and perception of college soccer player on soccer coache’s coaching knowledge. Through this results, we can conclude that when the coach and the athlete have built-in trust, coaching knowledge has a positive effect on athletic performance. Field leaders, coaches cannot improve athletic performance only applying the coaching knowledge, so they should find a way to pass the coaching knowledge based on trust.
