질문 중심 국어과 교과서의 개발 방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 추구하는 질문 중심 국어과 교과서의 필요성과 개발 원리를 논의하였다. 그리고 2015 개정 초등 국어과 교과서를 대상으로 질문 중심 교과서를 위한 장치들이 반영된 양상을 살펴보았다. 질문은 학생 참여형 수업을 위한 대표적 장치이므로 수업 중 교사와 학생의 질문 생성을 안내할 질문 중심의 교과서 개발이 필요하다. 특히 국어과 교과서는 질문하는 방법의 교수, 제재 중심의 질문 생성, 메타적 질문 인식 활동을 하기에 적합하다. 질문 중심 국어과 교과서 개발의 원리로 첫째, 교과서 개발에 필요한 질문의 분류 체계 설정, 둘째, 교과서 제시 질문의 질을 높이기 위한 본질 질문 제시, 셋째, 학생 질문 생성 활동의 강화, 넷째, 학생 수준에 맞도록 질문 제시의 위계 조절을 들 수 있다. 2015 개정 초등 3∼6학년 국어과 교과서를 대상으로 질문 중심 교과서를 위한 장치들이 반영된 양상을 ‘교과서 제시 질문’과 ‘학생 질문 생성 활동’으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 교과서 제시 질문은 단원 도입 질문, 제재 관련 질문, 자기 점검 질문의 변화를 알아보았다. 학생 질문 생성 활동은 생성 주체에 따라 개인·짝·모둠 질문, 질문 해결 방법에 따라 문답·토의·가정 방식 질문, 질문 내용 지정에 따라 지정·미지정 질문, 메타적 인식에 따라 질문 분류·질문 평가로 나누어 구안된 양상을 살펴보았다. 이는 2015 개정 초등 국어과 교과서에 질문 관련 활동이 대폭 강화되고 다양한 양상으로 변화하였음을 의미한다.

영문 초록

This paper examines the relation of student-participatory class and questioning textbook and discusses about necessities and pricipals of its development. The question is typical device that provoke learning motivation and spontaneous action in student-participatory class. Korean Language Textbook. is important because it can gives the way of questioning, question generation about text and meta-cognition of questioning. I suggest four principals of questions-centered Korean Language Textbook’s development ; establishing of questioning activities’ categorizing system, finding essential questions to think deeply, strengthening of learner’s question generation, controlling of questioning activities’ level according to learners. Then this paper observes the aspects of questioning activities in 2015 elementary Korean language textbook. It is devided with ‘textbook’s question’ and ‘learner’s question generation’ according to this paper’s categorizing system. There are 3 types in textbook’s question ; questions about lesson introduction, text and self check. There are various types in Learner’s question generation according to standard ; generation’s subject, problem solving method, content’s of question and meta-cognition. In result, it shows that 2015 elementary Korean language textbook reinforces and diverse questioning activities.
