국문 초록

본 연구는 초 중 고등학생을 대상으로 한 국내 진로교육 연구의 동향을 살펴보고, 향후 발전 방향을 모색하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 1993년부터 2017년 사이에 “진로교육연구”에 게재된 논문 649편을 검토한 후 연구목적에 맞게 초 중 고 등학생을 대상으로 한 224편의 논문을 선별하였으며, NetMiner 4.3 프로그램을 사용하여 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생을 대상으로 한 논문에서 나타난 주요 텍스트는 진로에 대한 흥미와 포부, 학습, 자아개념, 성 역할, 부모양육 태도인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 중학생을 대상으로 한 논문에서 나타난 주요 텍스트는 진로에 대한 정보탐색, 체험과 경험, 의사결정, 자아개념, 진로준비 행동인 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 고등학생을 대상으로 한 논문에서 나타난 주요 텍스트는 진로 결정, 진학과 취업준비 행동, 진로성숙, 정체감인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학생을 대상으로 한 논문에서 추출된 텍스트의 네트워크 구조는 적절한 분화와 응집을 이루는 형태로 구성된 것으로 나타나 연구 분야가 체 계적으로 축적되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 초등학생과 중학생을 대상으로 한 논문에서 추출된 텍스트의 경우에는 단일 네트워크의 형태로 나타나 연구 분야가 체계화되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 진로교육의 발전 방향과 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of korean career education research for elementary, middle, and high school students and to explore the development direction of career education field. The final 224 papers on elementary, middle, and high school students were selected to analysis from the 649 papers published in Career Education Research from 1993 to 2017. The researchers conducted a text network analysis using NetMiner 4.3 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the papers on elementary school students, the texts about career interest, aspiration, learning, self concept, gender role, and parenting attitude was mainly dealt with. And in the papers on middle school students, the texts about information search, experience and experience, decision making, self-concept, and career preparation behaviors were mainly dealt with. In the papers on high school students, the texts about career decision, career advancement, job preparation behavior, career maturity, and identity were mainly dealt with. Second, the network structure of the text extracted from the papers on high school students is composed of appropriate differentiation and cohesion, so that the research fields are accumulating systematically. However, in the case of elementary and middle school research literature, it has not been systemized in the form of a single network. Based on the results of this study, future directions and implications of career education were discussed.
