국문 초록

본 연구에서는 에너지를 둘러싼 여러 문제 상황을 해결하기 위하여 원전지역주민들이 함께 참여하여 그들의 요구를 반영한 에너지 교육 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 원전지역주민 1033명과 에너지 교육 전문가 20명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면, 최종 개발된 프로그램은 첫째, ‘원전 지역의 에너지와 관련한 다양한 문제 상황을 인식하고 해결하는데 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 인재 양성’이라는 목적 아래 세부 목표가 설정되었다. 둘째, 교육 과정의 체계는 에너지 지식, 에너지 문제해결기능, 에너지 문제해결에 대한 태도 등 3개 영역으로 구성되었다. 셋째, 교수학습방법은 크게 절차, 방법, 매체로 정리하였으며, 프로그램의 절차는 ‘도입 → 원전지역 에너지 문제 상황과 관련한 강의 → 원전 지역 에너지 문제 상황 탐색 → 문제의 해결방안 마련 → 실천 → 반성 및 정리’의 순서로 총 8차시에 걸쳐 이루어지도록 하였다. 구체적인 활동 방법은 창의적 문제해결 프로세스 중 액션러닝을 중심으로 한 실천, 참여, 사례, 놀이, 게임 등이 고루 사용되도록 하였다. 그리고 매체는 생활 속의 사례를 중심으로 시각물, 비디오물, 각종교,보재 등을 사용하였다. 넸째, 프로그램 평가는 학습자 평가로 자기평가, 과정중심 수시평가, 최종결과물 평가 중심으로 하였다.

영문 초록

This study developed an energy education program that local residents participated together to solve various problems surrounding energy. For this purpose, 1033 residents and 20 energy educators were collected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, the final program aims to foster talented talent who can actively participate in recognizing and solving various problems related to energy in the nuclear region. Second, the curriculum consists of three areas: energy knowledge, energy problem solving ability, and energy problem solving attitude. Third, education and learning methods are divided into procedures, methods and media. The procedure of this program is related to the nuclear power problem of nuclear power plants → in order of lecture → exploration of energy problem of nuclear power plant → problem solving → practice → reflections and theorems. In particular, activities such as practice, participation, case, play, and games centered on behavioral learning were used in the creative problem-solving process. Fourth, the media used video, video, and various materials. Fifth, the program evaluation was evaluated by learner self - assessment, process - oriented assessment, and final evaluation.
