간호학생의 비판적 사고를 측정하기 위한 학습성과 평가도구개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호학생의 프로그램학습성과를 측정하는 비판적 사고 자기평가도구(exit profile)를 개발하여 간호교육프로그램 평가에 기여하고자 함이다. 비판적 사고 관련 문헌고찰과 임상실무자의 심층면접 결과를 토대로 설문 결과를 종합하 여 본 연구의 취지에 맞는 비판적 사고의 구성요인을 설정하고 문항을 개발하였다. 임상실무자와 심층면담을 통해 구성된 문항을 내용타당도 검정 결과, 문맥 상 모호한 문항과 비슷한 문항들을 제거하여 35문항을 선정하였다. 예비조사는 2018년 7월 23일부터 7월3 1일 2주간 이루어져 총 230명 중 설문지를 성실히 답한 150명에게 설문지를 받았다. 예비 문항의 분석에서 선정된 27문항으로 구성된 본 검사 설문지를450명에게 실시하였다. 이에 본 조사는 2018년 8월 6일부터 8월 31일까지 4주간 이 루어졌으며, 설문지를 성실히 답한 416명의 설문자료를 분석대상으로 하였다. 먼저 비판적 사고 척도의 구성요인을 추출하기 위해 최대우도추출, 베리맥스 방식을 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 전체 변량의 60.4%를 설명하는 4개의 요인을 얻었다. 4개의 요인은 추론, 분석, 해석, 평가이다. 도출한 4요인에 대한 모형의 적합성을 검증하기 위해 실시한 확인적 요인분석에서 모든 적합도 지수가 적합한 수준을 만족시켰으며, 공인 타당도도 확인되었다. 이로써 본 연구에서 개발한 척도가 간호 학생의 비판적 사고를 측정하는데 적합한 도구로 판단하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 도구를 통해 좀 더 면밀한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 간호 교육프로그램 개발의 근거를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a learning outcome tool(exit profile) which assesses program outcomes of undergraduate students and to contribute to evaluation of program outcomes in nursing education program. As a result of content validity test, 35 questions were selected by removing ambiguous questions and similar questions in the context. The preliminary survey was conducted from July 23, 2018 to July 31, two weeks, and a questionnaire was given to 150 people who answered the questionnaire faithfully among a total of 230 people. The main survey was the questionnaire consisted of 27 items selected from the analysis of the preliminary question. This study was conducted for 4 weeks from August 6, 2018 to August 31, 2018, and analyzed the questionnaire data of 416 people who answered the questionnaire diligently. The factors of clinical thinking and questions were developed based on Literature review and in-depth interview of clinical nurses. 46 preliminary questions, including 4 factors: inference, analysis, interpretation and evaluation, were constructed after Literature review and in-depth interview of clinical nurses. First, exploratory factor analysis was performed using maximum likelihood extraction and Berimax method to extract these factors which consisted of critical thinking indicators. 4 factors explaining 60,4% of total variance were obtained. all fit indexes met the appropriate level and concurrent validity was confirmed in the confirmatory factor analysis to verify the fit of the model to four factors. As a results, the questionnaire developed in this study was appropriate to assess the clinical thinking of nursing students. This study was able to provide the tools to design careful education program which base the development of nursing education.
