국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중등체육교사 전문성 신장을 위한 관점에서 무용교육과정을 진단하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적 아래 중등체육교사 양성을 위한 무용교육과정의 범위를 직전교사교육으로 설정한 후, 사범대학교 체육교육과 무용관련 교과목의 운영구 조와 내용구조를 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 자료는 할당표본추출방법으로 5개 권역별 대표 국공립 사범대학 체육교육과의 무용관련 교과과정 및 강의계획서를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 운영구조 분석준거와 내용구조 분석준거로 자료처리한 후, 기술 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 무용교육과정의 교과목수, 교과목명, 필수이수, 내용영역 등의 운영구조가 대학별로 상이하였으며, 교과목수, 폐강된 교과 및 필수 이수 여부를 고려할 때, 예비교사 대상 무용교육이 불충분한 것으로 파악되었다. 무 용교육과정의 내용구조 분석 결과, ‘교육으로써 무용에 대한 지식’, ‘무용교수법 지식’, ‘무용교육과정 지식’ 등이 주로 구성되었다. 반면, ‘무용에 대한 학생의 학습지식’, ‘무용교육 영역 평가지식’, ‘무용교육 환경 지식’의 구성비중이 매우 낮았다. 특히 대학별로 교과교육학 및 교과내용학에서 PCK가 구성되는 비중이 상이하여, 무용교육 과정이 독자적으로 전개되고 있음을 파악하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 중등체육교사 전문성 신장을 위한 무용교육과정 개선의 필요성이 시사되는 바이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the dance curriculum from the viewpoint of enhancing secondary physical education teacher’s profession. To this end, the scope of the dance teacher curriculum was set as the pre-service physical education teacher education, and then the operating structure and content structure of the curriculum were analyzed. In order to analyze the data, dance curriculum and syllabuses of five national college of education P·E department were collected by allocation sampling extraction method. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics after data processing based on operational and content structure. As a result, the operational structure of the dance curriculum was different for each college such as number of courses, course title, required courses, contents category, and etc. In addition, considering the factors such as the number of dance subjects, canceled class, and the required courses, dance education for pre-teachers was insufficient. The content structure of the dance curriculum was composed mainly of ‘knowledge of dance as education’, ‘knowledge of teaching method in the dance’, and ‘knowledge of dance curriculum’. On the other hand, the composition of ‘student s studying knowledge of dance’, ‘evaluation in the dance education’, ‘education environment in the dance education’ were very low in it. In particular, the proportion of PCK in subject pedagogy and knowledge was different for each college, which means that the curriculum for secondary dance teachers is developed independently. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the improvement of dance curriculum is needed to improve teacher s profession.
