청소년 대상 물질 사용과 남용에 대한 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 국내 학술지에 발표된 청소년을 대상으로 한 물질 사용과 남용 관련 연구의 동향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2017년까지 학술지에 게재되고 연구의 목적과 기준에 적합한 217편의 논문을 추출해서 발표 연도, 연구대상, 물질 종 류, 연구주제, 연구방법에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 그 결과 청소년을 대상으로 한 물질 사용과 남용 관련 연구는 1990년대 후반을 전후해 많은 연구가 발표되었으며 2000년대 중반부터 감소하기 시작하였다. 일반 청소년을 주로 연구대상으로 하였으 며, 연구 주제는 ‘관련 변인’이 가장 많았고, ‘실태’, ‘이해’, ‘예방’, ‘특성’, ‘개입’, ‘척도’, ‘법과 정책’의 순으로 많았다. 연구방법은 양적연구, 질적연구, 혼합연구의 순으로 많았다. 이런 결과가 지니는 시사점과 향후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the publication trends and issues of adolescents substance abuse research published in Korean journals. In order to achieve this, 217 papers which were published in journals until 2017 and judged to be in agreement with the purpose and criteria of the research were extracted and analyzed by focusing on the year of publication, research participants, kinds of substances, themes, and research methods. As a result, research on substance abuse for adolescents increased from the late 1980s, and many studies were published around the late 1990s and began to decline from the mid 2000s. The most frequently studied themes were Associated Factor (28.8%), followed by Prevalence (23.5%), Understanding (12.4%), Prevention (11.1%), Characteristics (8.8%), Intervention (6.9%), Scales (5.1%), Law and policy (3.5%). In terms of research methods, 66.4% were conducted as quantitative method, followed by qualitative method (30.8%) and mixed method (2.8%). The implications of these results and the future directions for the development of the substance abuse research field were discussed
