초등 예비교사교육자가 ‘뉴스포츠 수업’에서 주목하는 내용과 의미에 관한 셀프연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 예비교사교육자가 ‘뉴스포츠 수업’에서 주목하는 내용과 의미를 탐색하는데 목적이 있었다. 이 연구는 2017년 9월부터 12월까지 수도권 소재의 하늘 교육대학교에서 창의적 체험활동으로 개설된 ‘뉴스포츠로 즐기는 체육수업’의 강좌 를 운영한 초등 예비교사교육자, 즉 본 연구자 자신을 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 자료는 연구자의 수업일지로 수집하였고, Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역 분석과 분류 분석 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 수업 환경 조성 측면에 대한 이해 부분에서는 교재와 노트준비, 운동복 입기, 팀 구성하기 그리고 수업 장소와 교구의 준비 등에 주목하였다. 둘째, 수업 운영 관리 측면에 대한 이해에서는 긍정적 수업 분위기 조성, 수업속도 및 시간 조절 그리고 학생들의 반응에 대한 적절한 피드백 등에 주목 하였다. 셋째, 수업 운영 전략 측면에 대한 이해에서는 수업 목표와 내용의 일관성, 학습자의 선택을 강화하기 위한 개방적 태도, 다양한 교수전략의 활용 그리고 학습자의 운동 수행 능력 증진을 위한 확대 과제의 활용 등에 주목하였다. 넷째, 수업 평 가방식에 대한 내용과 생각에서는 과정중심 평가의 활용, 포트폴리오 자료의 제작, 구술 기말 평가 등에 주목하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explored the content and meaning of primary school teacher educators teachers’ noticing in the new sports class. This study selected elementary pre-service teacher educators who conducted new sports-based physical education classes which was opened as a creative activity at the haneul national university of education in Metropolitan Area from September to December 2017. The data of the researchers diary were collected and analyzed using the domain analysis and classification analysis proposed by Spradley(1979). The noticing of research participants was categorized into four categories. First, I focused on the preparation of textbooks and notes, wearing sportswear, forming a team, and preparing classes and teaching materials. Second, in the understanding of the aspect of classroom operation management, attention was paid to the positive learning atmosphere, the speed of teaching and time, and appropriate feedback on the students responses. Third, in understanding the aspect of instructional strategy, attention was paid to consistency of instructional objectives and contents, openness to strengthen learner s choice, utilization of various teaching strategies, and use of extended tasks to improve learner s performance ability. Fourth, the contents and thinking about the class evaluation method focused on the use of process-oriented evaluation, the production of portfolio data, and the oral term evaluation.
