현장실습의 인지적 도제 기반 지원도구 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학습자 대상 교육요구도 분석을 통하여 인지적 도제 이론에 기반을 둔 현장실습 지원도구의 필요성 및 기능 우선순위를 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위 여 2014년 12월 1일부터 2015년 1월 5월까지(36일간) D대학의 학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 성실하게 응답한 173명의 데이터를 바탕으로 Borich 요구도 분석과 Locus for focus 모델을 활용한 우선순위 분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인지적 도제 기반 지원도구에 대한 교육요구를 확인하였다. 둘째, 교육 요구도가 가장 높은 요인은 시범, 학습방법 안내, 동료실습생과 실습성과 비교로 분석되었다. 그 다음 높은 요인은 발전 가능성 진단, 실습에 따른 학습목표 수정, 상사 및 선배와 자신의 업무 수행 비교, 실습생간 업무과정 및 결과 공유, 정보제공, 격려 및 정서적 지원, 업무량 및 난이도 조절, 맞춤형 안내 제공 등이었다. 이를 바탕으로 현장실습의 인지적 도제 기반 지원도구에 포함되어야 할 주요 기능을 컴퓨터수행지원시스템(Electronic Performance Support System: EPSS) 방식으로 제안할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to set priorities for the needs and functions of field education assistance tools based on the cognitive apprenticeship theory by analyzing the educational needs of learners. For that purpose, the investigator conducted a survey with learners at D University in November 1, 2014 and December 5, 2015 (four weeks) and used 173 questionnaires containing sincere answers in the analysis of Borich needs assessment model and priorities based on the locus for focus model. The findings were as follows: first, the educational needs were checked for cognitive apprenticeship-based assistance tools. Secondly, the factors of greatest educational need were demonstrations, introduction of learning methods, and comparison in practice performance with peer apprentices. Those of second greatest educational need include diagnosis of developmental possibilities, adjustment of learning goals according to practice, comparison in job performance with supervisors and predecessors, sharing of job processes and results among apprentices, provision of information, encouragement and emotional support, regulation of workload and difficulty level, and provision of customized instructions. Based on them, the study proposed major functions to be included in field education assistance tools based on cognitive apprenticeship in the Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) format.
