학생건강체력평가제(PAPS)의 실제에 관한 초등 교사들의 신념

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 교사들의 교육적 신념유형에 따른 학생건강체력평가제(PAPS)의 실제, 즉, PAPS 계획과 실행이 어떻게 구현되는 지에 대해 내부적이고 총체적인 관점에서 연구를 진행하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 심층면담과 PAPS 관찰, PAPS 등급자료, PAPS 운영 계획서와 같은 문서자료 수집 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 또한 자료 분석은 사례 기록 분석과 귀납적 범주 분석으로 이루어졌다. 자료의 진실성 확보를 위하여 다각도 분석법, 동료 간 협의, 구성원 간 검토가 이루어졌다. 연구결과, ‘긍정적이고 합리적인 신념’을 가진 교사와 ‘소극적이고 회피적인 신념’으로 범주화 되었으며 긍정적이고 합리적인 신념을 가진 교사들의 PAPS 실제는 ‘실천적이고 융통성 있는 계획’, ‘소통과 공감을 통한 수요자 중심’의 운영을 하고 있었으며, 소극적이고 회피적인 신념을 가진 교사는 ‘편의적이고 형식적 계획’, ‘획일적이고 소홀한 공급자 중심의 운영’을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 초등 교사들의 신념과 반성에 기초한 PAPS 활성화 방안은 ‘혁신 거점학교를 통한 인적․물적 환경 구축’, ‘체계적인 연수와 예산 지원’, ‘PAPS 담당 교사들의 유인책 마련’으로 범주화하였다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this study was to confirm the beliefs of teachers and practices about Activity Promotion Systems in Elementary School. For this study, Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interview and documentation. An case record analysis and inductive category analysis were utilized to make a description, analysis and interpretation of the collected data to confirm the beliefs of teaches and practices about Activity Promotion Systems in Elementary School. Triangulation and members check, peer debriefing established the trustworthiness of data. The beliefs of teacher for practices about Activity Promotion Systems in Elementary School were categorized ‘affirmative and rational belief’, ’passive and evasive belief’ as two types. Plan and Practices of affirmative and rational belief were ‘practical and flexible plan’, ‘Demand driven through communication and empathy’. Plan and Practices of passive and evasive belief were ‘opportunistic and formal plan’, ‘ uniform and a careless operation’. Revitalization of the PAPS based on belief and a reflection were ’human and material resources through Innovation hub school’, ‘systematic training and support budget’, ‘Inducement giving for strengthening internal motive’.
