교수적합화에 대한 통합학급 교사의 인식과 향후 과제

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 통합학급 교사의 교수적합화에 대한 인식과 향후 지원에 대한 요구를 분석하는 데 있다. 총 23편의 논문을 토대로 하여 연구의 전반적 특성과 인식을 구조적으로 제시하고자 하였다. 연구의 전반적 특성은 최근 통합학급 교사의 관점에서 교수적합화에 대한 연구가 수행되기 시작하였고, 학교 급별은 초등교육이, 연구 방법으로는 조사연구가 많았다. 대상은 정신지체 학생이 주를 이루고 있고, 적용 교과(활동 및 과목)는 사회와 과학이 가장 많은 수를 차지하고 있다. 구체적인 연구 내용은 교수적합화 실행 과정에 대한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 개념이해 및 태도 측면에서는 지식은 부족하지만, 긍정적 태도를 보였다. 실행 과정에서는 교수 환경 수정을 가장 많이 활용하였다. 이러한 실행 과정을 거쳐 그들은 구성원 간 협력, 소통, 전문성 함양에 어려움이 있다고 인식하였고 연수기회 확대, 교과에 대한 전문성 제고 등 이 필요하다는 결과가 도출되었다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로 통합학급 교사의 교수적합화에 대한 인식에 대한 결론과 함께 적절한 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to analyze the inclusive classroom teachers’ perception of instructional adaptation, and the demand on henceforward support requested. Based on the 23 theses, this research is intended to structurally present the general characteristic and perception of the subject. The general characteristic is that the research on the instructional adaptation from the perspective of inclusive classroom teachers has recently started to be performed, and it has been done mainly in the elementary education with a great deal of surveys as a research method. The objects are mostly made up of mentally retarded students, and the subjects of science and social studies have been applied the most. The specific content on the research is generally about the implementation process of the instructional adaptation. Although there has been insufficient knowledge the teachers have had about the understanding of concept in terms of the instructional adaptation, they showed positive attitude on it. In the implement process, they have utilized instruction environment alteration method most. Through this process, they recognized some difficulties in the cooperation and communication among members, and also in the professionality improvement. As a result, they concluded that more training opportunities and professional improvement on the subjects of the instruction adaptation are needed. Based on the analyzed results, proper solution was presented with the consequence of the inclusive classroom teachers’ perception about the instructional adaptation.
