AAC 체계를 적용한 중재 연구에 대한 내용 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2000년부터 2015년 현재까지 국내 특수교육 관련 학술지에 게재된 AAC 관련 연구의 동향을 분석하여 AAC체계의 적용대상, 교육적 지원 관련 도구체계 및 중재방법에서 앞으로 어떤 방향의 연구가 이루어져야 하는지에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 AAC와 관련된 30편의 문헌을 분석하였다. 첫째, 대상자는 초등학생이 가장 많았으며, AAC 사용 경험이 거의 없었으며, 지적장애가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 의사소통 형태는 사지나 몸의 일부만을 사용하는 몸짓의 비상징적 형태로 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째. 보조도구 활용은 비전자 도구보다 교육현장에서의 음성출력 전자도구 활용이 가장 많았다. 상징유형에서는 사진과 그림을 적용한 표상 적 상징을 많이 사용하고 있었으며, 보조도구 활용에 대한 반응양식은 직접선택하기 기능, 의사소통 형태 분석 연구에서는 동작형으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대상자간 중다 간 헐 기초선 설계법으로 스크립트 활용 중재 기법을 사용한 언어적 범주의 연구가 많았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 보다 효과적인 AAC체계 적용을 위해서는 대상자의 범위를 넓힐 필요가 있다. 또한 교육현장에서의 적용을 위해 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 교육적 방안이 마련되어야 하며, 이와 관련된 비도구체계의 복합 연구들도 함께 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 세분화된 평가를 위해 질적 연구를 병행한 심리·정서적인 범주 의 연구를 할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study were to analyze the research trends related to augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) published in academic journals related to special education from 2000 to the present (2015) to examine how research should be conducted on applications targets of AAC system, tool system related to educational support, and intervention methods in the future. To this end, this study analyzed 30 documents related to AAC as follows: First, elementary school students accounted for the largest proportion of the subjects and had little experience in using AAC. In addition, many of them had an intellectual disability. Communication forms consisted of non-symbolic forms with a portion of the body or limbs. Second, with regard to the use of auxiliary devices, audio output electronic devices were used more frequently than non-electronic devices in the field of education. Presentational symbol applying photographs and paintings was frequently used in the symbolic form. Third, there were many studies on language categories using intervention methods by means of scripts with amultiple probe design across subjects. In order to apply AAC system more effectively based on the study results, there is a need to extend the range of subjects. Moreover, more approachable educational plans should be developed to apply it to the field of education. Complex research on the related unaided communication systems should be conducted together. Furthermore, it is necessary to study psychological and emotional categories concurrently with qualitative research for more detailed evaluation.
