국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 고학년 학생을 대상으로 집단따돌림 방관태도를 감소시키기 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 실시하여 집단따돌림 방관태도 감소에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는데 있다. 본 프로그램은 총 12회기로 구성되었으며 주당 2회기씩 6주간에 걸쳐 창의적 체험 활동 시간을 활용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과 초등학교 고학년의 집단따돌림 방관태도 감소를 위한 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 방관 태도 변화가 유의한 차이를 보여 이 프로그램이 초등학교 고학년의 집단따돌림 방관 태도를 감소시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 초등학교 고학년 학생의 특성에 맞도록 집단따돌림 방관 태도의 원인인 자기방어, 무관심, 쌍방과오적 측면에서 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하여 집단따돌림 방관 태도를 감소시켰으며, 초등학교 현장에 집단따돌림과 관련된 생활지도 자료를 제공했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a group counseling program to decrease bystanders attitude toward group-bullying of upper grade elementary school students and to assess its validity by implementing it. For this research, students in 5th grade from A elementary school located in Seoul province participated in this study. They were divided into two groups. The implementation of this program was conducted during the Discretionary activity class two times per week from September 12th to October 24th, 12 sessions total. The results of this study were as follows : There were significant differences and changes in the attitudes toward group bullying between the experimental group and control group. And also, as a result of analyzing experience reports of the group, observations by counselors, and program on preventing bullying. This study was meaningful in that it tried to develop the program to fit the characteristics of upper grade elementary school students in terms of self-defense, indifference, mistakes from both parties. The group counseling program for the integrated development of the upper grade elementary school bulling is significant to improve bystanders attitudes towards bullying. And it can be a good material for the life guidance involved in group-bullying in elementary school as well.
