신규간호사의 재학 시 임상 실습 경험

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 임상 실습에 대한 경험의 의미와 본질을 파악하여 향후 간호대학 임상 실습교육을 보완하는데 자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 대학 졸업 후 1년 이내의 신규간호사를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 면담을 통해 “대학에서의 임상 실습 교육을 통해 경험하는 의미의 본질은 무엇인가?”의 연구질문으로, 12명의 참여자(2그룹, 6명씩)에게 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2015년 6월 15일부터 8월 28일까지이었으며, Colaizzi(1978)의 현상학적 방법에 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 임상 실습의 경험에 대한 분석 결과 ‘낯설음에 대한 불안감’, ‘지침’, ‘위축됨’, ‘부담감’, ‘실 습지도자에 대한 불만’, ‘미래에 대해 우울함’, ‘지지받음’, ‘자발적인 태도의 필요성을 인식함’, ‘자긍심이 향상됨’ 등의 9개 주제묶음과 16개의 주제로 범주화되었다. 이러한 도출된 결과를 통해 간호대학생의 임상 실습교육 시에 학생이 경험하는 문제를 해결할 수 있는 기초 자료가 되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to understand and to explain what nursing students clinical practice experienced by new nurses. Data were collected through in-depth focus groups (2groups, 6participants/group) interview, with 12 participants who were new nurses, worked less than a year on hospital. In focus groups were done between 120 to 150 minutes, from 15, Jan, 2015 to 26, Aug. The interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi`s phenomenological method. The result of this study the 9 categories that the new nurses experienced during the clinical practice included ‘anxiety about the unfamiliar , ‘being stressful and difficult in mind and body , ‘withdrawal in interpersonal relationship , ‘feeling of burden , ‘dissatisfaction to field instructor , ‘depression about the future , ‘receiving the support , ‘recognizing the need of active attitude , ‘improvement the self-esteem . The result were suggested from new nurses perspective and not from the students point of view, proposes the need to encourage nursing students`s experience in clinical education. Additionally, it is thought that continuous attempts to enhance the quality of nursing students clinical education the effective ways.
