국문 초록

본 연구는 간호학과 2학년을 대상으로 간호과정 수업에 문제중심학습 방법을 1학기 동안 적용하여 적용 전과 후에 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 영향에 대해 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 2016학년도 1학기 간호과정 수강을 하며 본 연구 참 여에 동의한 학생 명을 대상으로 수업 오리엔테이션 직후와 학기 종료시점에 모바일어플리케이션을 통해 일반적 특성과 비판적 사고성향 측정 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 PASW 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 변수의 특성에 따라 평균 비교하였다. 본 연구 결과 간호과정 수업에서 문제중심학습 수행전과 후에 비판적 사고성향 점수가 3.47(± .63)에서 3.56(± .35)로 증가하였으나, 통계적 유의성은 없었다. 비판적 사고성향의 하위 영역에서는 ‘자신감’(pre: 3.27 ± .51, post: 3.72 ± .62, p<.001)과 ‘객관성’(pre: 3.52 ± .42, post: 3.63 ± .72, p=.048)영역이 사후 측정에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 문제중심학습을 통한 간호과정의 학습이 간호학생의 비판적 사고 성향, 특히 ‘자신감’과 ‘객관성’에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있음이 확인되었다. 문제중심학습의 특성을 고려해 볼 때, 본 연구 결과의 일반화와 타당성을 확보하기 위해 다양한 수업환경에서의 반복연구와 그 학습 성과의 확인 및 비판적 사고성향 뿐 아니라, 간호학생의 학습능력이나 문제해결능력에 대한 영향도 확인하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

In this research, we applied a problem-based learning (PBL) method into 2nd grade nursing class for one semester, and measured critical thinking tendency of subjects before and after application. This study was conducted for students who agreed to participate in the research while listening to the ‘nursing process’ in the first semester of 2016. PBL is being carried out using clinical cases, the critical thinking tendency is measured at the beginning of the semester and at the end of the term. As a result of this study, the pre-post critical thinking tendency score by the PBL increased by 3.56 (± 35) at 3.47 (± 63), but there was no statistical significance. In the sub-domain of critical thinking trends, confidently (pre: 3.27 ± .51, post: 3.72 ±.62, p <.001) and objectivity (pre: 3.52 ± .42, post: 3.63 ± .72, p = .048) area was statistically significantly higher by post-measurement. The nursing process is a verified means for providing optimal nursing to the subject in clinical situations where nurses clinically perform tasks while repeatedly diversifying information and changing clinical situations, In this study, it was confirmed that the nursing student s learning of the nursing process through PBL may positively influence confidence and objectivity , among nursing students. Taking into consideration the characteristics of PBL, in order to ensure generalization and validity of the results of this research, in addition to practical courses such as basic nursing practice and simulation practice carried out inside the school, theoretical subjects It is thought that it is necessary to apply problem solving learning variously, confirm the learning outcome, and confirm not only the critical thinking tendency but also the influence on nursing students learning ability and problem solving ability.
