국문 초록

본 연구는 광주지역에 소재한 S 대학을 중심으로 대학생의 핵심역량 수준을 측정하고 핵심역량에 영향을 미치는 학습참여 변인을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생의 핵심역량을 측정하기 위한 문항을 개발하여 재학생 1,068명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, S대 대학생의 핵심역량은 인지적, 정의적 영역의 7개 요인(의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도학습능력, 창의적사고, 외국어능력, 공감, 봉사)이 도출되었으며, 학습자 특성에 따른 핵심역량의 차이분석 결과 성별, 계열에 따른 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 학습참여 변인 중 적극적-협력적 학습 태도와 효과적 수업인식은 모든 핵심역량에서 통계적으로 유의한 예측변인임이 확인되었다. 연구결과에 근거하여 역량기반교육 실제와 성과 관리에 대한 교육적 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to measure the level of S University students perceived core competencies in Gwangju and analyze the impact of learning engagement variables on S University students perceived core competencies. For this purpose, we developed a scale for measuring S University student s perceived core competencies for 1,068 students attending university and the data were analyzed by t-test, F-test and Multi-regression analysis. The result of the study are as follows. First, the factors of S University students core competencies that university students perceive were revealed as communication, problem-solving, creative thinking, foreign language, self-regulation, empathy, service mind. Second, the level of S University students perceived core competencies were different from gender, grade, major. Finally, learning engagement variable, especially active-collaborative learning and effective teaching practice, were reveled to improve the core competencies that students perceived. Implications of these and related findings are discussed.
