예비유아교사의 유아교육실습을 위한 유아교사양성기관 및 유치원의 역할에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 유아교육실습을 위하여 유아교사양성기관과 유치원의 역할이 각각 무엇인지 확인하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구를 위하여 대학 소속 교원 4인과 유치원 소속 교원 4인 등 총 8명을 대상으로 2017년 6월과 7월에 걸쳐 두 차례 FGI를 실시하고 관련 자료를 수집하여 질적 내용분석방법에 따라 정리하였다. 연구결과 교원양성기관의 역할은 예비유아교사에 대한 사전 교육, 최신 이론과 자료를 활용한 교육, 실습 전(全)과정에 대한 설계, 대학교육과정의 변화 등으로 나타났고, 유치원의 역할은 사전 정보 제공, 실습생에 대한 사후 지도, 실습생에게 교사로서의 경험을 제공, 실습지도 담당 교사에 대한 인센티브 필요 등으로 나타났다. 그리고 두기관의 공동 역할로써 정보 공유의 데이터베이스 구축과 공유, 예비유아교사를 이해하기 위한 수시 채널 구성, 실습생의 상호 매칭 시스템 구축 등이었다. 본 연구를 통하여 예비유아교사의 교육실습을 효과적, 효율적, 매력적으로 운영하기 위한 교원양성기관과 유치원의 역할을 확인하고 이를 통하여 성공적인 교육실습을 운영할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of kindergarten and kindergarten teacher for pre - service early childhood teachers. For this purpose, we conducted a focus group interview twice to confirm the roles of the two institutions for the educational practice of the pre - service early childhood teachers, in total of 8 teachers including four college teachers and four kindergarten teachers. And analyzed by qualitative content analysis method. The results showed that the roles of teacher training institutes were pre - education for pre - service early childhood teachers, education using latest theory and data, design for whole courses, changes of university curriculum, Information provision, follow - up instruction for practical students, experience as a teacher for practicing students, and need for incentives for practical guidance teachers. In addition, the two institutions collaborated to construct and share information sharing database, to construct an occasional channel to understand pre -service early childhood teachers, and to build a mutual matching system for trainees. Through this study, it is expected that it will be possible to identify the role of teacher education institute and kindergarten in order to operate the educational practice of the early childhood teacher effectively, efficiently and charmingly, and to find a way to operate the successful educational practice through it.
