국문 초록

이 연구는 고등학교 축구선수들이 학년 및 포지션에 따라 지각하고 있는 지도자의 리더십 유형과 조직유효성에 대한 차이를 알아보고 그들이 어떻게 지각하고 있는 지를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 총 400부의 자료를 SPSS 18을 이용하여 One Way ANOVA, 독립표본 t-test, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 학년 및 포지션에 따라 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십을 지각하는데 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학년에 따라서는 조직유효성을 지각하는데 차이가 없었으나 포지션에 따라서는 조직유효성 요인 중 리더만족을 지각하는데 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 공격수보다는 수비수가 리더만족에 대하여 더 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지도자의 리더십 유형인 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십은 조직유효성 요인인 조직몰입, 역할만족, 리더만족에 영향을 미치며, 특히 변혁적 리더십이 더 크게 나타났다. 따라서 지도자는 팀과 선수 개개인을 고려한 상황에 알맞은 리더십을 발휘하여 팀의 조직유효성을 높일수 있도록 해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to identify the difference between organizational effectiveness and the instructor s leadership types perceived by high school soccer players depending on the grades and the positions, and clarify the relationship between them. To achieve these purposes, over 400 questionnaires were filled out by high school soccer players of 15 high schools located in Gyunggi-do and Incheon City. Except the questionnaires considered insincerely answered, the total of 400 data were analyzed by One Way ANOVA, independent sample t-test, hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18. First, it was revealed that the difference between transformational leadership transactional leadership was not recognized according to the grades and the positions. Second, it was revealed that organizational effectiveness was perceived differently not by grade but by position. Especially strikers got affected by the leader satisfaction among the components of the organizational effectiveness higher than defenders. The result of relationship between organizational effectiveness and the instructor’s leadership types perceived by high school soccer players was that transformational leadership and transactional leadership had an influence on organizational commitment, role satisfaction, and leader satisfaction, showing that transformational leadership had a stronger impact on organizational effectiveness.
