대학생의 학습이력 및 경력 관리를 위한 e-학생포트폴리오 시스템 개발과 활성화 방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 학습이력과 경력 관리를 통합 관리할 수 있는 e-학생 포트폴리오 시스템을 설계, 개발하고, 이를 체계적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. e-학생 포트폴리오 시스템 개발은 Jones와 Richey(2000)가 제안한 래피드 프로토타입 개발 방법론(rapid prototyping methodology)을 적용하였다. e-학생 포트폴리오 시스템 개발은 총 3차의 형성평가를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 최종 개발된 e-학생 포트폴리오 시스템 사용자 평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 e-학생 포트폴리오 시스템은 대학생의 학습이력과 경력을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있으며, 재학중에 포트폴리오 내용을 기반으로 지도교수와의 상담이 가능하며, e-학생 포트폴리오를 통하여 졸업 후 취·창업, 진학 및 유학 등에 필요한 역량을 축적할 수 있다. 아울러 교수-학습과정에 대한 성찰과 취업 및 진로지도에 적극 활용할 수 있다. 사용자 평가 결과, 만족도와 유용성 측면에서 각각 4.16, 4.27로 나타났으며, 시스템 접근성, 활용의 편의성, 구성요소의 적합성 측면에서도 양호한 것으로 나타났다. e-학생포트폴리오 활성화 방안으로 첫째, 입학과 동시에 졸업까지 누구나 e-학생 포트폴리오를 작성할 수 있도록 개인별 e-포트폴리오를 제공하고, 둘째, 교과 및 학생지도 연계를 통하여 e-학생 포트폴리오를 작성토록 한다. 셋째, 각 대학의 교수-학습 또는 학생취업 관련 기관에서 e-학생 포트폴리오 작성 지원을 위한 프로그램을 개발, 지원한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to design and develop an e-students portfolio system that can integrate and manage learning history and career for university students, and to suggest the plan for revitalization utilizing it systematically. To this study, we applied the rapid prototyping methodology proposed by Jones and Richey(2000). This e-students portfolio system was developed by a formative assessment of 3 times and conducted user evaluation for the e-students portfolio system.. Results were showed as high as 4.16, 4.27 respectively in user evaluation satisfaction and usefulness, and somewhat improved in aspect of system accessibility, convenience of utilization, compatibility of components as compared with student monitoring. The systematic management and the plan for revitalization of e-students portfolio system suggesting in this study are as follows. First, as the step-by-step management plan, we provide the personal e-portfolio that can write e-student portfolio to all students from the entrance to the graduation. Second, as the link utilization plan of the course and student guidance, we guide the e-student portfolio writing through the course and student guidance. Third, we develop and support programs for writing of e-student portfolio in the Center for Teaching and Learning, Student Career Development Center of university.
