대학 차원의 학습계좌제 운영 사례 연구

국문 초록

오늘날 대학생의 진로개발은 교과를 통한 학습 외에도 다양한 학습경험과 노력을 필요로 한다. 대학교육도 교육자 중심의 교육으로부터 학생의 학습생활에 대한 지원패러다임으로 전환이 요구되고 있다. 이제 대학은 학생들의 학습생활에 관심을 갖고 이를 교육의 틀 안에 담을 필요가 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 평생교육제도로 운영되고 있는 학습계좌제의 교육적 기능에 주목하고 대학에서 학습계좌제형 학습성과관리 프로그램을 개발하고 운영하는 과정을 실행연구방법론에 기초하여 기술하고 시사점을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 학습계좌제형 학습성과관리 프로그램의 모델로서 ‘학습설계’, ‘통합적 지도·지원’, ‘학습성과 인증제도’를 연계한 모델을 제시하였으며, 통합적 학습자 지원 모델에 근거한 운영체제를 제시하였다. 이 연구에서는 2014년과 2015년에 H대학에서 운영된 학습계좌제 운영 사례에 관한 분석을 토대로 제도 운영의 성과와 한계점을 제시하고, 제도운영 체계의 구축, 인증의 합리성 및 활용성 제고, 학습자 지원 방안을 중심으로 과제들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The career development of college students today needs a variety of learning experiences and efforts as well as learning through the regular curriculum. That has required a paradigm shift in higher education from how to ‘teach’ learners to how to ‘support’ learners. Now it is necessary for universities to pay attention on each student’s learning life and include it in the framework of the education. This study aims to suggest the program development and management model of the comprehensive e-portfolio in facilitating undergraduate students’ learning life and career development. It also derives practical implications for the implementation of the program in the higher education institution through action research in a four-year university. The results of the study suggest the components of e-portfolio program and the operating model of the program based on the integrated learner-support model. Results suggest some policy implications such as the implementation of learning account system as a performance management program at the higher education institution.
