간호대학생의 학업소진, 자기효능감, 전공만족도가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구목적은 간호대학생의 학업소진, 자기효능감, 전공만족도 및 간호전문직관의 정도를 파악하고 각 변수들이 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 자료수집은 2016년 9월 5일부터 29일까지 Y시에 소재한 일개 대학교에서 간호대학생 145명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’ test, 피어슨 상관관계, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 간호대학생의 간호전문직관은 학업소진, 자기효능감, 전공만족도와 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 위계적 다중회귀분석결과 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도와 자기효능감이였으며, 이들의 설명력은 29%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 중재프로그램 개발은 긍정적인 간호전문직관 확립과 발달에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study was conducted to identify contributing factors of nursing professionalism of nursing students by academic-burnout, self-efficacy, major satisfaction. Methods: A total of 145 nursing students were recruited from 1 institution of college students from september 5 to 29, 2016. Self reported questionnaires consisted of item including general characteristics, academic-burnout, self-efficacy, major satisfaction, nursing professionalism. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA along with Scheffe’ test, pearson correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression were used for statistics. Results: The study result show that nursing professionalism was relation among academic-burnout, self-efficacy, major satisfaction. As results of stpewise multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting on nursing professionalism in nursing students were major satisfaction and self-efficacy. The explained variance for nursing professionalism 29%. Conclusion : Considering the findings from this study, there is a need to develop major satisfaction and self-efficacy for improvement program for nursing students. It is expected to important role in the development of positive nursing professionalism.
