노인종합복지관을 이용하는 고령자의 심리상태가 삶 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 노인종합복지관을 이용하는 고령자의 심리상태가 삶 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 2018년 9월 2일부터 10월 22일까지 U시 노인종합복지관을 이용하는 고령자 294명을 대상으로 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 조사대상자의 일반적 특성에서 남성은 ‘65-70세 미만’이 38.8%, 여성은 ‘60-65세 미만’이 39.4%로 높게 나타났다. 심리상태의 가치의식, 정서안정은 남성과 여성의 차이가 유의미하였고, 적극적사고, 미래기대감에서 유의미하지 않았다. 삶 만족도의 사회영역, 정서·생산영역은 남성과 여성의 차이가 유의미하였으나, 신체영역, 물질영역의 차이는 없었다. 남성과 여성 모두 삶 만족도의 신체영역, 물질영역, 사회영역, 정서·생산영역은 심리상태와 유의미한 정의 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회귀분석에서 남성은 심리상태의 적극적사고, 정서안정, 미래기대감 순으로 사회영역 만족도에 유의미하였고, 여성은 심리상태의 적극적 사고에서 삶 만족도에 유의미하게 나타났다. 따라서 노인종합복지관을 이용하는 고령자의 심리상태와 삶 만족도를 충족할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This paper explores the effect of the psychological state of the elderly that use multipurpose welfare centers on their life satisfaction. Data was collected from 2 September 2018 to 22 October 2018, from 294 elderly people using the multipurpose welfare center in U city, and the SPSS21.0 program was used. In the general characteristics of study subjects, ’65-less than 70 years old’ was highest in men with 38.8%, and ‘60-less than 65 years old’ was the highest in women with 39.4%. Meaningful difference was found between men and women in value awareness and emotional stability of psychological state, and there was no significant difference in positive thinking and anticipation for the future. There was meaningful difference between men and women in the social aspect, emotional/productive aspect of life satisfaction, but no difference was found in the physical aspect and materialistic aspect. It was found that there is a positive correlation between the physical, materialistic, social, emotional/productive aspects of life satisfaction and psychological state, both in men and women. In the regression analysis, satisfaction in the social aspect was meaningful in psychological state of men in the order of positive thinking, emotional stability and anticipation for the future, whilst in women, the psychological state of positive thinking was meaningful in life satisfaction. Therefore, this study seeks to provide foundational data for various programs that can fulfill the psychological state and life satisfaction of the elderly that use multipurpose welfare centers.
