국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 비교과프로그램의 핵심역량을 중심으로 사전·사후 분석을 통한 프로그램의 구체적인 효과성을 파악하여 비교과프로그램의 내실화와 지속적인 질 관리차원에서의 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 핵심역량 기반 비교과프로그램의 효과를 분석하였고, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핵심역량 기반 비교과프로그램 별 하위요인 간의 상관관계 분석결과 또래상담원 프로그램의 하위요인인 주도성과 관계의존은 다른 하위요인과 밀접한 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났고, 책 읽기 프로그램은 비판적사고와 창의성, 쓰기, 토론을 제외한 나머지 측정변인 간에는 밀접한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 핵심역량 기반 프로그램을 측정하는 척도의 신뢰도 검증결과 또래관계 효능감과 책 읽기 효능감 척도의 일부 하위요인에서 신뢰롭지 못한 문항구성으로 프로그램의 효과성 측정에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 핵심역량기반 비교과프로그램의 효과성 검증결과 또래상담원 프로그램은 멘토, 멘티의 또래관계 효능감 향상에 유의한 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났지만 책 읽기 프로그램은 남학생, 여학생 모두에게 책 읽기 효능감 향상에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 활용한 평가·환류체계는 측정 및 평가적 관점에서는 일부 실효성과 타당성에 의문을 제기할 수 있으나 평가·환류 결과의 활용성 측면에서는 질 관리 체계를 고도화했다는 점에서 의미하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Today, the pace and diversity of technologies in modern society have already surpassed the pace of change in university education, and a mismatch has been reported between the manpower required by society and corporations and the manpower emitted by actual universities. This social atmosphere requires competency not only to efficiently acquire existing knowledge but also to reconstruct and reinvent knowledge. Some universities in korea s university education are operating ACE+ and ACE(Advancement of College Education) project which include many kinds of extra curriculum programs, which have been conducted for 8 ~ 9 years. However, in recent trends, which emphasize the terms of extra curriculum education and activities, there is a question about the validity of the educational effect and performance of core competency based extra curriculum program. Therefore, in this study, researchers tried to grasp the specific effectiveness of the extra curriculum programs through the analysis of the pretest-posttest effect, focusing on the core competency mapped to the extra curriculum programs. These studies will provide core competency based extra curriculum programs, and provide valid evaluation and feedback, as well as suggestions for continuous quality management.
