국문 초록

목적: 이 연구에서는 아이돌보미의 영유아 감염예방에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상자는 C시, S시, D시에서 임의 추출하여 추출된 연구 대상자들에게 설문지 조사방법으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 연구 대상자인 아이돌보미의 영유아 감염예방의 지식과 실천을 파악하고 지식과 실천 중심으로 감염예방의 영향 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 결과: 아이돌보미의 지식의 가장 큰 영향요인으로는 실천(β=0.53)으로 정적 상관관계가 있고 , 근무형태(β=-0.15)로 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 변수들은 지식(Adj.R²=0.34, p〈.001)을 34.0% 설명하였다. 논의: 아이돌보미의 영유아 감염예방을 높이기 위해서는 실질적인 지식의 교육이 필요하며 지식을 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 감염예방에 관한 일관된 지침과 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 또한 습득된 지식을 올바르고 지속적으로 실천이 되는지 현장검증과 보수교육의 의무화가 제도적 장치가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing the baby sitters’ infection prevention for infants. Method: The questionnaire survey method targeting target baby sitters extracted randomly from C city, S city, and D city was carried out. This study is a descriptive research study for determining the baby sitters’ knowledge and practice of infection prevention for infants and the factors influencing the infection prevention. Results:The greatest factor influencing the knowledge of the baby sitters was practice (β=0.53) that had a positive correlation and work pattern (β=-0.15) that had a positive correlation. The explanation power of these variables for the knowledge (Adj.R²=0.34, p〈.001) was 34.0%. Discussion: Practical knowledge education is necessary in order to improve the infection prevention for infants by the baby sitters and the development of consistent guidelines and programs for delivering the relevant knowledge effectively is also necessary. The on-site inspection to see if acquired knowledge can be practiced correctly and continuously and an institutional strategy to make the remedial education compulsory are necessary as well.
