국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 팀 기반 학습에서 유아교육과 학생의 그릿과 정서지능, 문제해결력의 관계를 알아보고 그릿요인과 정서지능요인이 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 Y시와 J시에 있는 전문대학 유아교육과 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 하였으며, 2018년 4월부터 6월까지 모바일을 이용하여 설문자료를 배포한 후 최종 수집된 설문 119부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팀 기반 학습에서 유아교육과 학생들의 정서지능은 문제해결력과 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교육과 팀 기반 학습에서 유아교육과 학생들의 정서지능 하위요인인 타인정서인식, 정서활용, 정서조절 요인은 문제해결력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 팀 기반 학습 맥락에서 유아교육과 학생의 문제해결력을 높이기 위해서 정서지능 프로그램 지원이 필요함을 제언한다. 또한 유아교육과 학과와 학생 특성을 반영한 다양한 팀 기반 교육과정 개발 및 실천 노력이 필요함을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between grit, emotional intelligence, and problem solving ability of early childhood education students in team-based learning and to understand the influence of grit and emotional intelligence factors on problem solving ability factors. This study was conducted on the third grade students of the department of early childhood education in junior colleges in Y and J cities. The questionnaires were distributed using mobile and the final collected 119 sheets were analyzed. The collected data were performed using SPSS 21.0 for descriptive statistic analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, in team-based learning, emotional intelligence has a static correlation with problem solving ability of early childhood education student. Second, in team-based learning, emotion recognition for others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation, which are sub factors of emotional intelligence, have a positive influence on the problem solving ability of early childhood education student. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the provision of emotional intelligence programs is necessary to enhance the problem solving ability in team-based learning of students majoring in early childhood education. And efforts are needed to develop and implement in various team-based curriculum that reflects the department and student characteristics.
