예비교사가 기대하는 실습지도 -대학, 실습기관, 실습지도교사의 역할을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비보육교사가 기대하는 실습에서의 대학, 기관, 지도교사의 역할을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 ‘보육실습’과목을 신청한 예비보육교사 100명을 대상으로 반성적 저널쓰기를 통한 분석을 실시하였고 연구 참여자 중 8명을 대상으로 표적집단면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 예비교사는 응원과 조언, 선배들의 현장경험 공유, 실제적 수업수행기술과 실습 관련 정보제공을 대학에 기대하였다. 보육실습기관에 대해서는 심리적으로 따뜻한 격려, 존중하는 태도, 적극적인 가르침과 더불어 실습재료 사용과 같은 물리적 지원 등을 기대하였다. 또한 예비교사들은 친절하면서도 배울 수 있는 전문적인 교사, 인성이 좋은 교사, 활발한 교사를 지도교사로 기대하였다. 결론적으로 예비교사들은 실질적 실습 정보제공, 정서적 안정과 전문적 지원, 수평적 관계 맺음을 중요하게 생각하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 대학과 기관은 실습생의 정서적 지원 시스템 구축, 실습생, 지도교사, 지도교수와의 협력 체제 구축 등의 예비보육교사들의 기대를 수용하고 지원할 수 있는 실질적인 보육실습 지원방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the roles of colleges, institutions, and guidance teachers in the practical training expected of pre-service teachers. For the research, 100 students in early childhood education were analyzed by reflection journal and 8 of them were interviewed. Pre-service teachers expected cheer and counseling, sharing the experiences of senior students, providing practical instructional skills and practical information to the college. The pre-service teachers expected warm encouragement, respectful attitude, active teaching and material support to the institution. The pre-service teachers expected professional teachers who are kind, able to learn, good teachers, active teachers. In conclusion, it can be seen that the pre-service teachers consider providing practical training information, emotional stability and professional support, and horizontal relationship. Therefore, colleges and institutions should seek practical support for child care practice that can accommodate and support the expectation of pre-service teachers, such as building an emotional support system for pre-service teachers, building cooperation with pre-service teachers, guidance teachers, and advisor.
