국문 초록

제4차 산업혁명은 ICT의 급격한 발전과 더불어 대부분의 산업에서 확산되고 있다. 최근 인터넷의 확산과 정보통신 기술의 지속적인 발전과 더불어 인터넷 학습의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있는 e-learning의 발전에 대해 더욱 그 관심과 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술 환경 변화에 따른 융합과 연결을 핵심 키워드로 하는 제4차 산업혁명이 도래하면서 산업 전반의 혁신과 융복합화에 대한 정책 대응의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 인터넷이나 모바일에 기반한 개인 맞춤형 제품이나 서비스의 확대를 통해 이러닝 콘텐츠의 활용을 극대화시키는 효과적이고 효율적인 이러닝 품질관리의 새로운 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러닝이 실질적인 교육효과를 발휘하기 위해서는 효율적인 품질관리를 통하여 실질적이고 적응력 있는 교육 시스템으로 정착되어야 한다. 따라서 이러닝 콘텐츠의 효율적이고 효과적인 품질관리는 어떤 LMS 환경에서도 용이하게 사용하고 원가를 절감하는 새로운 교육 패러다임의 혁신을 추진하여야 한다.

영문 초록

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is spreading in most industries with the rapid development of ICT. Recently, with the proliferation of the Internet and the continuous development e-learning which is becoming a new paradigm of internet learning, which has been continuously developing of information and communication technologies, the interest and importance of the development of e-learning, which is emerging as a new paradigm of Internet learning, is getting more attention. In this study, as the 4th Industrial Revolution with the core keyword of convergence and connection as the technological environment changes, the importance of policy response to innovation and confluence of the industry has become more important, We propose a new alternative to effective and efficient e-learning quality management that maximizes the use of e-learning quality management that maximizes the use of e-learning contents. In order for e-learning to be effective, it must be established as a practical and adaptable education system through efficient quality control. Therefore, efficient and effective quality control of e-learning contents should be promoted through innovation of new educational paradigm that can be easily used in any LMS environment and reduce cost.
