학교폭력 가해 청소년의 자아정체감 탐색을 위한 집단프로그램 적용 이야기치료에 기초하여

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 학교폭력 가해 청소년에게 이야기치료 프로그램을 적용하여 이들로 하여금 새로운 자아정체감 탐색 및 정체감 새로 쓰기의 경험을 하게 함으로써, 궁극적으로는 본 프로그램이 가해청소년들의 자아정체감을 변화시킬 수 있는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이야기 치료는 가해 청소년을 규정하는 지배적이고 부정적인 이야기로부터 해당 청소년을 분리시켜서, 가해 청소년들의 건강한 자아정체감이 형성되도록 돕는다. 이를 위해 경기도 화성시의 특별 교육 이수 기관에서 상담 중인 13명의 학교폭력 가해 경험 청소년이 연구에 참여했다. 동일 집단에게 프로그램 전후 검사를 실시하고, 회기별로 도출된 자료를 통해 프로그램 효과를 분석하였다. 조사 결과 전체 자아정체감이 향상되었고, 특히 자아정체감의 하위 영역 중 독특성, 미래 계획, 가치가 유의미하게 향상되었다. 반면, 자율성, 사회성, 사회 적응력은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 마지막으로 학교폭력 가해 청소년의 자아정체감 제고를 위한 이야기 치료 집단프로그램의 활용 가능성 및 유용성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the narrative therapy program can change the self - identity of the target group by applying the narrative therapy program to youths who have assaulted school violence. The narrative therapy separates the adolescent from the dominant and negative stories that define the perpetrator. It helps to create the healthy sense of self-identity. Thirteen students who were counseled by special educational institutions in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province participated in the study. The same group was tested before and after the program, and the program effect was analyzed through data derived from each session. As a result, the overall self - identity was improved, especially the uniqueness, future plan, and value as sub - domains of ego identity were significantly improved. On the other hand, autonomy, sociality, and social adaptability were not statistically significant. Finally, the effectiveness and usefulness of the narrative therapy group program for enhancing the self - identity of the target adolescents was suggested.
