학생 공부인생의 내러티브가 학교교육 및 교육과정 개발자에게 주는 시사점

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 최근 교육혁신이 화두가 되는 상황에서 학생들의 공부인생에 대해 탐구하고자 한다. 21세기 지식기반 사회 및 4차 산업혁명 시대 도래에 따라 대학교육은 물론이며 초중등교육 전체에서 역량 중심의 교육과정이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 학생들의 학습은 학교가 제공하는 교육에 의해서가 아니라 학생의 학습경험을 통해 이루어지기 때문에 학생들이 학업생활에서 무엇을 배우고 생각하는지, 어떻게 성장해 가는지에 대한 관심을 가질 필요가 있다. 이에 연구자는 학생의 공부인생에 대한 자선전적 탐구를 통해 근본적으로 가르침과 배움의 간격을 이해하고 학생 중심의 교육지원의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이런 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 대학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 공부인생을 자서전적으로 탐구하였다. 이를 기초로 학교교육 및 교사, 교육과정 개발자는 학생들의 학습능력을 다각적으로 판단하여 진로교육을 시행하고, 초중등학교와 대학교, 학계와의 연계성을 강화해야 하며 학생의 학업성취뿐만 아니라 총체적인 교육경험의 성장에 기여하는 방안 마련이 필요함을 시사점으로 제시했다.

영문 초록

In this study, I would like to explore the study life of students in the context of recent educational innovation. With the arrival of the 21st century knowledge-based society and the era of the fourth industrial revolution, not only college education but also competence-oriented curriculum has been introduced throughout elementary and secondary education. However, since students learning is based not on the education provided by the school, but on the learning experience of the student, it is necessary to have an interest in how students learn, think, and grow in their academic life. Therefore, the researcher intends to understand the gap between teaching and learning fundamentally through the philanthropic exploration of the student s study life, and suggest the implications of student - centered education support. In order to achieve this research goal, the researcher fully explored the study life of the third grade student at university and suggested suggestions for consideration for successful educational innovation. On the basis of this, school education, teachers, and curriculum developers need to judge students learning abilities in a multifaceted way to provide career education, to strengthen the linkage between primary and secondary schools, universities and academia, Suggesting that a plan to contribute to the growth of educational experience is necessary.
