만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자의 국내 연구 동향 분석: 연구 주제 및 관련 측정도구를 중심으로

국문 초록

연구목적:　본 연구는 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자를 대상으로 실시된 국내 간호학분야 논문의 주요 연구주제 및 관련 측정도구를 시기별로 분석하여 간호연구의 방향을 제시 및 분석하고자 시도되었다. 연구방법: 분석 대상으로 선정된 논문은 국내 데이터베이스 초기부터 2018년 4월까지 게재된 논문을 중심으로 한국학술정보(KISS), 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS), 한국교육학술정보원(RISS4U), 누리미디어(DBpia), KoreaMed를 통해‘만성폐쇄성폐질환’, ‘간호’,‘환자’를 키워드로 선정하고 분석한 결과 최종 22편의 논문이 선정되었다. 연구결과: 총 22편 중 연도별로는 2005년 이전까지 5편, 2006년~2010년 7편, 2011년 이후에는 10편의 연구가 수행되었다. 연구 설계 유형은 서술적 조사연구가 17편(56.7%)로 가장 많았고, 비동등성 대조군 전후설계실험연구 4편(18.2%), 질적 연구가 1편(4.5%) 순으로 분석되었다. 또한, 연구의 자료수집방법으로는 설문지 방법이 17편(56.7%)로 가장 많았으며, 논문의 출처는 간호학회지가 20편(90.9%)로 출판된 것으로 분석되었다. 주요 연구개념은 생리학적 영역인 질병과 관련 개념이 가장 많았으며, 주요 측정도구는 자가간호를 측정한 도구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자를 위한 다각적인 측면에서의 연구가 필요하며, 다양한 개념을 적용한 연구방법과 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자의 중재 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Purpose:　The purpose of this study was to analyze and analyze the major research topic and related measurement tools of Korean nursing research conducted in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:　The selected articles were selected from the early period of the domestic database to April 2018, focusing on KISS, KERIS, RISS4U, DBpia, and the final 22 papers were selected based on the keywords chronic obstructive pulmonary disease , nursing , and patient . Results:　5 out of the total 22 out of the year 2005, 7 from 2006 to 2010, and 10 from 2011 have been conducted. The research design type was descriptive research 17(56.7%), non-equality control design experiment 4(18.2%), qualitative research 1(4.5%), respectively. In addition, the survey method was 17 (56.7%) as the method of data collection, and the source of the article was published as 20 (90.9%) of the Nursing Journal. The major research concept was related to physiological disease, and the most important tool was self-care measurement. Conclusions: A multidisciplinary study is needed for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and it is necessary to develop various intervention methods and intervention programs for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
