국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 성인애착과 우울의 관계에서 정서인식의 매개 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 서울, 경기도, 인천 지역에 있는 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 성인애착, 정서인식, 우울을 측정하기 위하여 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 총 347명의 자료를 최종분석하였다. SPSS 22를 이용하여 상관관계를 분석하고 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 애착불안, 애착회피, 정서인식, 우울 간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안과 우울의 관계에서 정서인식이 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 애착회피와 우울의 관계에서 정서인식이 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 결론 애착불안은 우울에 직접 영향을 미치거나 정서인식을 매개로 간접 영향을 미쳤고, 애착회피는 우울에 직접 영향을 미치지 않고, 정서인식을 매개로 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 우울을 호소하는 대학생들의 어려움을 해결하기 위한 효율적인 상담 개입 방안과 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to verify the mediating effect of emotion recognition in the relationship between adult attachment and depression. Methods To achieve this, an online survey was conducted to measure adult attachment, emotion recognition, and depression among university students currently enrolled in four-year universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon. Data from a total of 347 participants were finally analyzed. Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22. Results The results can be summarized as follows: First, there were significant positive correlations between attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, emotion recognition, and depression. Second, emotion recognition had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between attachment anxiety and depression. Third, emotion recognition had a full mediating effect on the relationship between attachment avoidance and depression. Conclusions Attachment anxiety directly affected depression or indirectly through emotion recognition, while attachment avoidance did not directly affect depression but influenced it through emotion recognition as a mediator. Based on these findings, efficient counseling intervention strategies and limitations were discussed to address the challenges faced by university students experiencing depression.
