시각 자료 기반 쓰기 프롬프트 제시 양상 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 한국어능력시험Ⅱ 쓰기 53번 문항의 지시문과 시각 자료에 나타난 프롬프트 양상을 분석하여 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 방법 쓰기 문항 ‘평가 기준’과 ‘2017 쓰기 답안 작성 방법’을 재정리하여 지시문과 시각 자료의 프롬프트 분석 기반을 마련하였다. 결과 시각 자료 확인 요구는 ‘다음 그래프를 보고’ 등의 라는 직접적인 표현으로 나타내거나 지시사를 활용하여 시각 자료 강조하였다. 주제는 ‘가구 변화’와 같은 한국 사회의 세대 변화에 맞는 것을 제시하였다. 텍스트 구조 유형은 ‘인과구조(6)>대응구조(2)>분류구조(1)’로 나타났다. 지시문에 ‘그에 대한 자신의 생각을’ 등의 필자 요소를 제시하였고 모든 지시문에 제한된 분량을 지시하였다. 시각 자료는 ‘그래프, 그래픽 조직자, 그래프+그래픽 조직자’를 혼합하여 다양하게 제시하였다. 그리고 시각 자료의 내용 정보는 그래픽 조직자 안에 문장으로 내용을 구성하여 제시하는 경우가 많았고, 그래픽 조직자의 내용 정보 구성에 기호(↓,��, ↑,>)를 사용하여 시각적인 집중도를 높였다. 결론 한국어능력시험Ⅱ 쓰기 53번 문항에 제시된 프롬프트를 구체적으로 분석하여 학습자들이 쓰기에서 도움을 받을 수 있는 비계 요소를 상세화하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze and present prompt patterns in the instructions and visual materials of Writing Item No. 53 in the Test of Proficiency in TOPIK II. Methods The study established a basis to analyze prompts in instructions and visual materials by analyzing the “evaluation criteria” for writing items and the “2017 Methods to Write Answers to Writing Questions”. Results The demand to check a visual material was made with a direct expression such as “Look at the next graph” or emphasized the visual material with a demonstrative. Topics were proper for the generational changes in South Korean society such as “household changes.” The most popular text structure type was a “causal structure(6),” which was followed by a “correspondence structure(2)” and “classification structure(1).” Instructions contained the writer's elements such as “State your opinion about it,” and all the instructions limited the length of an answer. Visual materials were provided in various ways based on the mixture of “graphs, graphic organizers, and graphs+graphic organizers.” The content information of visual materials was provided with a sentence in a graphic organizer in many cases. Signs(↓, ��, ↑, or >) were used to organize the content information of a graphic organizer to increase visual concentration. Conclusions The study analyzed prompts in Writing Item No. 53 of TOPIK II specifically and provided the scaffolding elements that could help learners with their writing in detail.
