간호대학생의 환자안전관리 지식, 태도, 수행자신감이 표준주의 수행도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 지식, 태도, 수행자신감이 표준주의 수행도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 것이다. 방법 본 연구는 부산지역에 소재하는 2개의 4년제 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생으로 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구 참여에 동의한 204명을 편의 추출하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생들의 환자안전관리 수행자신감은 환자안전관리 태도(r=.356, p<.001)와 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 표준주의 수행도는 환자안전관리지식(r=-.176, p=.019), 환자안전관리 태도(r=.253, p<.001), 환자안전관리 수행자신감(r=.453, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 간호대학생들의 표준주의 수행도에 영향을 미치는 예측 요인은 환자안전관리 수행자신감(β=.407, p<.001)으로 나타났고, 환자안전관리 지식과 태도는 통계적으로 유의한 예측요인이 아니었으며, 표준주의 수행도에 대한 설명력은 22.8%로 나타났다. 결론 간호대학생들의 표준주의 수행도를 증진시키기 위해서는 환자안전관리 수행자신감이 중요한 변수이며, 환자안전관리 수행자신감을 향상시킬 수 있도록 간호교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to confirm the factors affecting the patient safety management knowledge, attitude, and confidence in performance on standard precaution performance in nursing students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 204 nursing college students attending 2 university. The data of this study were analyzed by means of SPSS WIN 20.0 program, mean and standard deviation, pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results Results of this study, patient safety management attitudes of nursing students were positively correlated with patient safety management performance confidence(r=.356, p<.001) and safety management knowledge(r=-.176, p=.019), attitude(r=.253, p<.001), and patient safety management performance confidence was positively correlated with standard attention performance(r=.453, p<.001). The predictive factor affecting the standard precaution performance of nursing students was patient safety management performance confidence(β=.407, p<.001), and the explanatory power of the standard precaution performance was 22.8%. Conclusions Patient safety management performance confidence is an important variable, because it is to improve the standard precaution performance of nursing students. It is suggested to develop a nursing education program to improve patient safety management performance confidence.
