간호대학생의 긍정정서, 낙관성 및 몰입이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 긍정정서, 낙관성 및 몰입이 주관적 행복감을 매개하여 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안과 기초자료를 제공하여 향후 간호대학의 교육환경개선에 도움을 제공하고자 한다. 방법 본 연구는 전국간호대학생을 대상으로 온라인(SNS)를 이용하여 2024년 2월 19일부터 2월 26일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구는 온라인 설문 특성을 고려하여 초과 수집된 자료는 사용하지 않고 즉시 폐기하였으며 그리하여 200개의 설문지 중 결측치가 있는 1개의 설문지를 제외하고 총 199개의 설문지가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 결과 간호대학생의 일반적 특성 중 종교유무에서 학업적 자기효능감이 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 종교를 가지고 있는 사람이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 긍정정서, 낙관성 및 몰입과 학업적 자기효능감의 관계에서 주관적 행복감이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감을 높여 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위한 전략은 개인적, 사회적, 심리적 특성을 고려하여 긍정정서, 낙관성 및 몰입을 높일 수 있는 긍정심리학 기반 교과 외 프로그램이 제공 될 필요성이 있으며, 대학 내 상담시설 확보 및 전문적인 심리사회적 지원체계 마련이 구축되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to confirm the effects of positive emotions, optimism, and flow of nursing students on academic self-efficacy by mediating subjective happiness. Based on these results, it is intended to provide help in improving the educational environment of nursing colleges in the future by providing basic data and measures to improve the academic self-efficacy of nursing students. Methods This study collected data from February 19 to February 26, 2024 for nursing students nationwide using online (SNS). In this study, the excess data collected in consideration of the characteristics of the online questionnaire was immediately discarded without using it, so a total of 199 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, excluding one questionnaire with missing values out of 200 questionnaires. Results Among the general characteristics of nursing students, there was a significant difference in academic self-efficacy in the presence or absence of religion, and those with religion were higher. In addition, it was found that subjective happiness was partially mediated in the relationship between positive emotion, optimism and commitment and academic self-efficacy. Conclusions It is necessary to provide a positive psychology-based out-of-curricular program that can increase positive emotions, optimism and flow in consideration of low-yellow personal, social, and psychological characteristics to improve the subjective happiness of nursing students, and to secure counseling facilities in universities and establish a professional neosocial support system.
