국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 해외 거주 경험 후 귀국하여 직장생활을 하고 있는 성인들의 변화된 민족정체성과 역문화충격, 심리사회적 적응의 관계에서 문화적응전략의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위해 2020년 2월22일~3월27일 간 최소 3년 이상의 해외 거주 경험 후 한국으로 귀국하여 직장을 다니고 있는 성인 202명에게 설문조사를 실시하였고, 개인정보 수집-이용에 동의하지 않은 자료들을 제외한 199부를 최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 매개효과와 조절효과, 조절된 매개효과는 SPSS 25.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 민족정체성과 심리사회적 적응의 관계에서 역문화충격의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 또한 신뢰도의 문제로 인하여 문화적응전략의 하위 전략인 통합 전략의 조절효과를 검증하는데 제한이 있었지만, 역문화충격과 심리사회적 적응의 관계에서 동화, 분리 전략의 조절효과가 검증되었다. 이후 민족정체성이 역문화충격을 매개하여 심리사회적 적응에 미치는 매개효과가 동화, 분리 전략의 조절 수준에 따라 변하는 조절된 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 학인되었다. 결론 민족정체성과 역문화충격이 심리사회적 적응에 미치는 영향을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이 과정에서 높은 수준의 동화, 낮은 수준의 분리 전략이 심리사회적 적응에 대한 위험요인의 역할을 할 것으로 예상되었다. 마지막으로, 위의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 한계에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The aim of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of the acculturation strategy on the relationship with the impact of changed ethnic identity on reverse cultural shock and psychological social adaption to adults who returned to work after living abroad. Methods The survey was conducted between February 22 and March 27, 2020 on 202 adults who returned to Korea and are working after living abroad for at least 3 years, and collected data that did not consent to the collec-tion and use of personal information, excluding those, 199 copies were used as final analysis data. The mediation effect, the moderation effect and the moderated mediating effect were analyzed through SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Macro. Results The results were as follows; The reverse culture shock was significant on the relationship between the ethnic identity and psychological social adaption. Also the moderation effect of assimilation and separation strat-egies was verified on the relationship between reverse cultural shock and psychological social adaption even though there was a limitation in investigating the moderated mediating effect of the integration strategy, which is a sub-strategies of acculturation strategy due to the reliability problem. Lastly, assimilation and separation strategies moderated the mediating effect of reverse cultural shock between internalized ethnic identity and psy-chological social adaption. Conclusions These findings showed the impact of ethnic identity and reverse cultural shock on psychological so-cial adaptation, and high level of assimilation and low level of separation strategies were expected to be risks for psychological social adaptation. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
