아동상담사의 역전이 경험에 대한 주관성 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 Q 방법론을 적용하여 아동상담사의 역전이 경험에 따른 유형별 주관적인 인식과 특성을 파악하고자 아동상담사의 역전이 경험에 대한 주관성을 유형화하고 그 유형별 특성을 파악하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 2023년 3월 20일부터 4월 15일까지 총 26일 간 문헌연구와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 총 143개의 진술문을 도출했으며, 아동상담사 총 25명을 P 표본으로 선정하여 Q 분류를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC-QUANL Program을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 아동상담사의 역전이 경험에 대한 유형은 총 4개의 유형으로 분류되었으며, 유형 1은 한 인간으로서 내면의 성숙과 성장을 경험했다고 생각하는 ‘역전이 자기성찰형’, 유형 2는 전문가로서 스스로 관리하는 능력의 필요성을 경험했다고 생각하는 ‘역전이 관리능력형’, 유형 3은 역전이를 부정하는 것이 아닌 인정하고 수용하는 것을 경험했다고 생각하는 ‘역전이 적극적 수용형’, 유형 4는 자신의 문제를 마주하게 되어 전문성 향상을 경험했다고 생각하는 ‘역전이 전문성 향상형’으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 통해 아동상담사의 역전이 경험 인식에 초점을 두어, 아동상담사의 역전이에 대한 주관적 인식 구조를 분류하여 확인하였으며, 아동상담사가 역전이를 관리하고 예방 할 수 있는 방안에 대한 접근성과 관련된 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study applied Q methodology to type the subjectivity of child counselors' countertransference ex-periences and identify the characteristics of each type in order to identify the subjective perceptions and charac-teristics of each type according to the countertransference experiences of child counselors. Methods To this end, a total of 143 statements were derived through literature research and in-depth interviews for a total of 26 days from March 20 to April 15, 2023, and a total of 25 child counselors were selected as the P sample and Q classification was conducted. . The collected data were analyzed using the PC-QUANL Program. Results As a result of the study, the types of child counselors' countertransference experiences were classified into a total of four types, with type 1 being the 'countertransference self-reflection type' who believed that they experienced inner maturity and growth as a human being, and type 2 being the 'countertransference type' as an expert. ‘Countertransference management ability type’, who thinks they have experienced the need for the ability to manage themselves, Type 3 is the ‘Countertransference Active Acceptance Type’, who thinks they have experi-enced acknowledging and accepting countertransference rather than denying it, and Type 4 is self-managed. The 'reverse transfer professionalism improvement type' was found to have experienced improvement in expertise by encountering problems. Conclusions Through the results of this study, we focused on the perception of child counselors' counter-transference experiences, classified and confirmed the structure of child counselors' subjective perception of countertransference, and provided information on accessibility and ways for child counselors to manage and pre-vent countertransference. We hope it will be used as relevant basic data.
