국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 포스트코로나시대 전문대학생들의 취업불안이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 취업불안과 진로적응성의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정자기효능감의 각 하위요인의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구를 위하여 수도권에 위치한 전문대학에서 285명을 대상으로 취업불안, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로적응성 변인을 측정하기 위한 검사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 기술통계분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 분석을 위하여 Process Macro 모델 4를 활용하였다. 결과 첫째, 전문대학생의 취업불안은 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성에 모두 유의한 부적영향을 미치고, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로적응성에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 취업불안과 진로적응성의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과가 유의하였다. 셋째, 취업불안과 진로적응성의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인 중 직업정보 수집을 제외한 모든 요인이 유의한 매개효과를 나타냈다. 결론 분석결과를 통해 포스트코로나 이후 전문대학생들은 진로적응을 위하여 취업불안을 낮추고 진로결정자기효능감을 향상시켜야 한다는 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한, 본 연구의 제한점과 제언에 대하여 논의 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of job-seeking anxiety on career adaptability of col-lege students in the post-corona era and to verify the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy and each sub-factor in the relationship between job-seeking anxiety and career adaptability. Methods For this purpose, 285 college students in the metropolitan area were surveyed to measure job-seeking anxiety, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career adaptability variables. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and descriptive statistical analysis and reliability analysis. Process Macro Model 4 was used to ana-lyze the mediating effect. Results First, college students' job-seeking anxiety was found to have a significant negative effect on both career decision self-efficacy and career adaptability, and career decision self-efficacy was found to have a significant positive effect on career adaptability. Second, the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy was significant in the relationship between job-seeking anxiety and career adaptability. Third, in the relationship between job-seeking anxiety and career adaptability, among the sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy, all factors except job information collection showed a significant mediating effect. Conclusions The results of the analysis suggest that post-corona college students should reduce job-seeking anxiety and improve career decision-making self-efficacy in order to adapt to their careers. In addition, the limi-tations and suggestions of this study were discussed.
