CONCOR와 Thematic Analysis을 활용한 4차산업혁명 시대의 창의적 인간에 대한 사회적 담론 고찰

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 4차산업혁명 시대의 창의적 인간에 대한 사회적인 담론이 어떻게 나타나고 있는지를 살펴보고 사회 전체 맥락적인 측면에서 창의적 인간 육성을 위한 방향성을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2016년 세계 경제 포럼(World Economic Forum)이 개최된 2016년부터 2021년 1월까지의 온라인 뉴스데이터 1463개를 텍스톰(Textom)을 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 자료 정제를 바탕으로 CONCOR분석을 실시하여 군집을 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 군집을 바탕으로 주제 분석(Thematic analysis)을 실시하여 주제개념화와 범주화 등을 통해 주제를 명명하고 그 의미를 기술하였다. 결과 분석결과 첫째 ‘융합형 인재 육성을 통한 미래 준비’로 급속히 변화하는 사회환경에 적응하여 새로운 가능성을 발견할 수 있는 융합형 인재 육성을 위한 창의교육의 강조로 볼 수 있다. 둘째 ‘휴머니티 기반 창의적 사고’는 바른 인성과, 감성 능력의 신장을 바탕으로 인간을 더욱 인간답게 만드는 전인교육의 강조이다. 셋째 ‘DT(Digital Transformation)교육을 통한 역량강화’는 기술의 혁신을 기반으로 4차산업혁명 시대의 새로운 가능성을 선도하기 위해 디지털 환경 변화에 적극적으로 대응하면서도 디지털 생태계에 스며드려는 노력이 필요하다. 마지막으로 ‘코로나로 인한 정책기조의 변화’는 코로나19 이전과는 다르게 코로나19 이후 디지털 혁신의 가속화, 비대면 경제, 사회적 거리두기, 학습결손 및 돌봄공백 등에 대한 다양한 담론이 도출되었다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 통해 4차산업혁명 시대를 이끌어갈 창의적 인간 양성을 위한 사회적 노력과 그 방향성을 제시하였으며, 논의를 바탕으로 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to look at how social discourse on ‘creative human beings in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution’ is emerging and to seek directions for fostering creative human beings in the context of the whole society. Methods To achieve the purpose of this study, 1,463 pieces of online news data from 2016, when the World Economic Forum was held, to January 2021 were collected through Textom. The collected data were subjected to CONCOR analysis based on data purification to derive clusters. Thematic analysis was conducted based on the derived clusters to name topics and describe their meaning through topic conceptualization and categorization. Results As a result of the analysis, firstly, ‘preparation for the future through nurturing convergence-type talent’ can be seen as an emphasis on creative education to foster convergence-type talent who can adapt to the rapidly changing social environment and discover new possibilities. Second, ‘humanity-based creative thinking’ is an emphasis on holistic education that makes people more human based on sound character and the development of emotions. Third, ‘competency strengthening through DT (Digital Transformation) education’ requires efforts to permeate the digital ecosystem while actively responding to changes in the digital environment in order to lead new possibilities in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution based on technological innovation. Fourth, ‘change in policy stance due to COVID-19’ has resulted in various discourses on the acceleration of digital innovation after COVID-19, non-face-to-face economy, social distancing, learning deficits, and care gap, etc. Conclusions Through the results of this study, social efforts and directions for fostering creative human beings who will lead the era of the 4th industrial revolution were presented, and follow-up studies were suggested based on the discussion.
