미취업 청년의 부모 지지와 취업스트레스 간 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 미취업 청년을 대상으로 부모지지, 진로결정 자기효능감, 취업스트레스 간의 상관관계를 파악하고, 미취업 청년의 부모지지가 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 리서치 기관을 통해 2022년 4월 12일부터 10일 동안 서울 및 수도권 미취업 청년 292명을 대상으로 부모지지, 진로결정 자기효능감, 취업스트레스 척도를 측정하였다. 각 척도의 변인들은 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 부트스트레핑으로 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 미취업 청년의 부모지지와 진로결정 자기효능감은 유의한 정적 상관, 취업스트레스와 미취업 청년의 부모지지, 진로결정 자기효능감 간에는 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미취업 청년의 부모지지와 취업스트레스 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감이 유의한 부분 매개효과를 나타냈다. 결론 연구 결과를 토대로 미취업 청년의 부모지지가 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 개인내적 특성을 살펴보고, 미취업 청년의 취업스트레스의 감소를 위한 보호요인에 대해 살펴보았으며, 마지막으로 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The study aimed to identify the correlation between parental support, career decision-making self-ef-ficacy, and job-seeking stress in unemployed early adult, and to verify the mediating effect of career deci-sion-making self-efficacy in the effect of parental support on job-seeking stress inf unemployed early adult. Methods To this end, through a research institute parental support, career decision-making self-efficacy, and job-seeking stress were measured for 292 unemployed early adult in Seoul and the metropolitan area for 10 days form April 12, 2022. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed on the variable of each scale, and the significance of the mediating effect was verified by bootstrapping. Results The results of this study are as follows: Fist, there was a significant positive correlation between parental support and career decision self-efficacy of unemployed early adult, and a significant negative correlation be-tween job-seeking stress, parental support, and career decision self-efficacy. Second, career decision self-effi-cacy showed a significant partial mediating effect in the relationship between parental support and job-seeking stress of unemployed early adult. Conclusions Based on the research results, the individual characteristics of the influence of parental support on job-seeking stress of unemployed early adult were examined, protective factors to reduce job-seeking stress of unemployed early adult were examined, and finally, limitation for follow-up studies were discussed.
