유아의 사회·정서적 유능감 평가척도 개발

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아 대상 사회·정서적 유능감을 파악하기 위한 평가척도를 개발에 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 선행연구 분석, 전문가 델파이 조사, 현장조사를 통해 110예비문항을 개발하였다. 최종 시안에 대한 문항변별도, 타당도, 신뢰도를 분석하여 타당성 검증을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과, 유아의 사회·정서적 유능감 평가척도 문항의 문항별별도, 타당도, 신뢰도 검증 결과 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, 최종적으로 정서인식 및 이해 7문항, 정서표현 7문항, 정서조절 9문항, 사회적 지식이해 6문항, 대인관계기술 9문항, 사회적 문제해결 9문항으로 총 6영역, 67문항의 평가척도를 개발하였다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 개발된 평가척도는 유아가 자신과 타인의 정서를 이해하여 사회관계 속에서 원만한 관계를 맺고 적절히 표현하며, 효과적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력인 유아의 사회·정서적 유능감 평가척도를 개발했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation scale to identify Social-Emotional Competence in young children. Methods To this end, 110 preliminary questions were developed through analysis of prior studies, Delphi survey by experts, and field survey. Validity was verified by analyzing item discrimination, validity, and reliability for the final draft. Results As a result of the study, the test results for each item, validity, and reliability of the children's social and emotional competence evaluation scale items were all found to be good, and the final result was 7 items for emo-tional recognition and understanding, 7 items for emotional expression, 9 items for emotion regulation, and social knowledge. An evaluation scale of 67 questions in a total of 6 areas was developed, including 6 questions on un-derstanding, 9 questions on interpersonal skills, and 9 questions on social problem solving. Conclusions The evaluation scale developed through this study was developed to evaluate Young Children's so-cial and emotional competency, which is the ability of young children to understand their own and others' emo-tions, establish amicable relationships in social relationships, express them appropriately, and solve problems effectively.
