피지컬 리터러시 내 동기 및 자신감 영역 척도에 관한 타당성

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 피지컬 리터러시(Physical Literacy)의 핵심 구성 요소인 동기 및 자신감 영역을 측정할 수 있는 CAPL-2 (Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy-Second Edition) 설문지 척도의 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 방법 연구대상은 D광역시 소재 1개 공립초등학교 3-6학년생 167명을 유목적표집 하였으며, 결석생 4명을 제외한 163명(남: 91명, 여: 72명)을 최종 연구대상자로 선정하여 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 연구를 위한 한국어 CAPL-2의 동기 및 자신감 영역 척도는 번역, 역번역, 전문가집단의 내용검토를 거쳐 완성하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 26과 AMOS 27을 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구성타당도 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 연구 참여자들의 총점의 범위는 10.6-30.0이었으며 평균값은 23.60점이었다. 왜도(-0.59) 및 첨도(0.03) 값은 0에 가까운 정규분포를 나타냈으며, 4가지 하위요인들 간의 상관관계 범위는 .468-.650였다. 둘째, 한국어 CAPL-2의 동기 및 자신감 영역 척도에 대한 확인적 요인분석 결과 chi-square(χ2)/df 1.543, RMSEA .058, RMR .012, GFI .929, IFI .976, TLI .967, CFI .976로 모두 판별기준을 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국어 CAPL-2의 동기 및 자신감 영역 척도에 대한 구성타당도 분석결과 집중타당성 및 판별타당성의 판별기준을 모두 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 한국어 CAPL-2의 동기 및 자신감 영역 척도는 우리나라 초등학생들의 피지컬 리터러시 내 동기 및 자신감 수준을 이해하는 데 유용한 측정도구로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify the validity of the Korean CAPL-2 questionnaire scale, which translates the Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy-Second Edition questionnaire for measuring the motivation and confidence domain within Physical Literacy. Methods The subjects consisted of 163 students (male : 91 and female : 72) from the 3rd to 6th grade at a public elementary school located in D city of Korea. The Korean CAPL-2 psychological measurement questionnaire scale was completed through translation, reverse translation, and content review by expert groups, and data were collected using the Korean CAPL-2 questionnaire scale. For data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and construct validity analysis were performed, using SPSS 26 and AMOS 27 statistical program. Results The results showed that first, the range of the total score of the study participants was 10.6 to 30.0, and the average value was 23.60 points. The skewness (-0.59) and kurtosis (0.03) values showed a normal distribution closed to 0, and the correlation range between the four sub-factors was between .468 and .650. Second, confirmatory factor analysis results for the Korean CAPL-2 questionnaire scale chi-square(χ2)/df 1.543, RMSEA .058, RMR .012, GFI .929, IFI .976, TLI .967, and CFI .976, all of which were found to meet the discrimination criteria. Third, as a result of the construct validity analysis of the Korean CAPL-2 questionnaire scale, it was found that both the criteria for determining concentrated validity and discriminant validity were satisfied. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the Korean CAPL-2 questionnaire scale is expected to be used as a useful tool for understanding the level of motivation and confidence within physical literacy of elementary school students in Korea.
