보육교사 일-삶 균형(WLB)이 주관적 경력 성공 및 경력몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 보육교사의 일-삶 균형(WLB)이 주관적 경력 성공 및 경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 방법 연구대상은 현재 D광역시 어린이집에 재직하고 있는 보육교사 271명이었다. 자료수집은 2023년 1월 9일부터 1월 30일 약 4주간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구 문제에 따라 보육교사 일-삶 균형, 주관적 경력 성공, 경력몰입의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 보육교사 일-삶 균형이 주관적 경력 성공과 경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 일-삶 균형은 주관적 경력 성공과 경력몰입 간 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 일-삶 균형이 주관적 경력 성공에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 일- 삶 균형 하위변인 중 일-가정 균형, 일-여가 균형, 일-성장 균형, 전반적 평가 모두 주관적 경력 성공 하위변인 경력 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 일- 삶 균형 하위변인 중 일-가정 균형, 일-성장 균형은 주관적 경력 성공 하위변인 고용가능성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 일-삶 균형이 경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 하위변인 중 일-가정 균형, 일-여가 균형, 일-성장 균형, 전반적 평가가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 연구결과 보육교사의 일-삶 균형이 주관적 경력 성공 및 경력몰입에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to analyze the impact of childcare teachers’ WLB (Work- Life Balance) upon subjective career success and career commitment. Methods The research subjects included 271 childcare teachers who are working now at child care centers in D Metropolitan City. The data collection was conducted the questionnaire survey for about 4 weeks from January 9, 2023 to January 30. For the collected data, a correlation analysis was conducted to find out the relationship between work-life balance, subjective career success, and career commitment of childcare teachers according to the research question, and the effect of work-life balance on childcare teachers' subjective career success and career commitment. To find out, multiple regression analysis was performed. Results As a result of the research, first, childcare teachers’ WLB appeared to have a correlation between subjective career success and career commitment. Second, in consequence of having figured out the effect of childcare teachers’ WLB on subjective career success, the career satisfaction among sub- variables of the subjective career success was indicated to be influenced by all in the work- family balance, the work- leisure balance, the work- growth balance, and the overall evaluation out of sub- variables in WLB (Work- Life Balance). Among sub- variables of WLB, the work- family balance and the work- growth balance were shown to have an influence upon employability that is a sub- variable of subjective career success. Third, as a result of having looked into the impact of childcare teachers’ WLB on career commitment, it was seen to be affected by all in the work- family balance, the work- leisure balance, the work- growth balance, and the overall evaluation out of sub- variables. Conclusions The research result is suggested what the childcare teachers’ WLB (Work- Life Balance) is a crucial factor of having an effect on the subjective career success and the career commitment.
