수업실습지원 사전교육 프로그램이 초등 예비교사의 수업수행능력에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 실시간 비대면 교육 방식의 수업실습지원 사전교육 프로그램이 초등 예비교사의 수업수행능력 향상에 효과가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 G교육대학교에 재학 중인 3학년 학생 총 55명(실험집단 34명, 통제집단 21명)을 대상으로 실시간 비대면 교육 방식의 수업실습지원 사전교육 프로그램을 실시한 후 수업수행능력 사전-사후검사 차이 검증을 실시하였다. 결과 수업실습지원 사전교육 프로그램의 집단 내 효과를 살펴보기 위해 종속표본 t검증을 실시한 결과, 실험집단은 사전-사후 수업수행능력 평균차이가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 통제집단은 유의미하지 않았다. 다음으로 실험집단과 통제집단 간 차이를 확인하기 위하여 ANCOVA와 MANCOVA를 실시한 결과, 실험집단이 통제집단보다 수업수행능력 수준이 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 하위요인들 중 교육과정분석 및 수업설계, 학생발달지원 및 생활지도, 수업성찰 및 비평, 수업분위기조성 및 수업운영에서 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에서 개발한 수업실습지원 사전교육 프로그램은 예비교사의 수업수행능력 향상에 도움을 주어 궁극적으로 수업실습 효과성을 높이는데 도움을 주는 프로그램이라고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine whether a pre-education program supporting teaching practicum is effective in improving the teaching performance ability of pre-service elementary teachers. Methods To this end, a pre-education program supporting teaching practicum was conducted for a total of 55 students (experimental group: 34, control group: 21) at G University of Education, and then the difference between the pre- and post-test of teaching performance ability was verified. Results As a result of the dependent sample t-test, the experimental group showed a statistically significant difference in the mean difference between pre- and post-teaching performance ability, but the control group did not. Next, as a result of conducting ANCOVA and MANCOVA, it was found that the level of teaching performance ability was significantly improved in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusions The pre-education program supporting teaching practicum in this study is a program that helps pre-service teachers improve their teaching performance ability and ultimately increases the effectiveness of teaching practicum.
