유자녀 여성의 부모화 경험이 가정 소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유자녀 여성의 부모화 경험과 가정 소진 간 관계에서 완벽주의, 정서표현 억제, 양육스트레스의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하고자 했다. 방법 온라인을 통해 유자녀 여성 400명의 자료를 수집하고, 순차적 다중 매개 분석을 실시했다. 이를 위해 Hayes가 개발하고 배포한 SPSS macro의 Model 6이 적용되었으며, 부트스트래핑 방법으로 매개효과를 검증했다. 통제변인으로는 연령, 학력, 직업유무, 결혼생활만족도, 경제수준, 자녀수가 사용되었다. 결과 부모화 경험→양육스트레스→가정소진, 부모화 경험→정서표현 억제→양육스트레스→가정소진, 부모화 경험→완벽주의→정서표현 억제→양육스트레스→가정소진의 세 가지 경로에서 간접효과의 통계적 유의성이 확인되어, 부모화 경험과 가정 소진 간 관계에서 완벽주의, 정서표현 억제, 양육스트레스의 순차적 매개효과가 검증되었다. 즉, 부모화 경험은 완벽주의와 긴밀한 관련을 지니며, 이는 정서표현 억제를 유도하여 양육스트레스 및 가정 소진의 위험성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 유자녀 여성의 부모화 경험이 가정 소진으로 이어지는 과정에서 완벽주의, 정서표현 억제, 양육스트레스의 영향력을 검증함으로써, 이들을 위한 상담 개입 및 예방 교육 방안의 기초를 제공했다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify the sequential mediating effects of perfectionism, suppression of emotional expression, and parenting stress in the relationship between parentification and housework burnout in women with children. Methods The data from 400 women with children were collected, and mediation analysis was conducted using the SPSS macro. Control variables, including age, education level, occupational status, marital satisfaction, economic level, and number of children, were included in the analysis. Results The study confirmed the statistical significance of the indirect effects in three pathways: parentification → parenting stress → housework burnout, parentification → emotional expression suppression → parenting stress → housework burnout, and parentification → perfectionism → emotional expression suppression → parenting stress → housework burnout. Results verified the sequential mediating effects of perfectionism, suppression of emotional expression, and parenting stress in the relationship between parentification and housework burnout. Parentification can be closely associated with perfectionism, which can lead to suppression of emotional expression and increase the risk of parenting stress and housework burnout. Conclusions This study suggested the foundation for intervention and prevention of housework burnout in parentified women with children by examining the mediating effect of perfectionism, suppression of emotional expression, and parenting stress.
