유아교사의 전문성인식과 정서표현성이 교사 자신의 인성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 전문성인식, 정서표현성, 인성의 관계를 파악하여 유아교사의 전문성인식과 정서표현성이 인성에 미치는 영향과 정서표현성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 방법 D광역시에 근무하는 유아교사를 대상으로 390명을 선정하여 2022년 11월 21일부터 2022년 12월 15일까지 회수된 설문지 370부 중 불성실한 15부를 제외한 355부를 사용하였다. SPSS 23.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석과 매개효과 검증을 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 전문성인식과 정서표현성은 인성에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 정서표현성은 전문성인식과 인성의 관계를 부분매개하는 효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 결론 연구결과 유아교사는 사회가 요구하는 인간다움의 따뜻한 태도가 우선되는 인성 향상을 위해서 학습에 대한 계획과 실행 및 평가 수준을 높여 사회적 지위와 경제적 보상을 받는 전문직이라는 전문성인식과 유아의 정상적인 성장과 발달을 위한 긍정적인 정서표현성을 가지고 의사소통이 이루어져야 함을 알 수 있다. 이를 위한 안정된 교육환경 조성과 다양한 교육지원으로 교사교육과 숙련된 수련이 필요하다. 이렇듯 유아교사의 바른 인성을 함양한 인간적인 면의 중요성을 인식함으로써 유아교육현장에서 수준 높은 질적교육 발전에 도움을 줄 수 있는 이론적, 실천적 함의로서 많은 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between early childhood teachers' recognition of professionalism, emotional expression, and personality. Also to verify the effect of early childhood teachers' professionalism and emotional expression on personality and the mediating effect of emotional expression. Methods 390 early childhood teachers working in D Metropolitan City were selected and 355 copies of questionnaires were used (excluding 15 out of 370 insincere ones collected) from November 21, 2022 to December 15, 2022. The Sobel test was conducted for frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediation effect verification using the SPSS 23.0 program. Results As a result of this study, first, it was found that early childhood teachers' professionalism and emotional expression had a significantly positive effect on personality. Second, early childhood teachers' emotional expressiveness was verified to have the effect of partially mediating the relationship between professionalism and personality. Conclusions As a result of the study, early childhood teachers should improve their personality, which prioritizes the warm attitude of humanity required by society. Thus, early childhood teachers must have professional recognition as a professional who receives social status and economic compensation by raising the level of planning, execution and evaluation of learning. In addition, communication must be made with positive emotional expression for the normal growth and development of young children. To this end, it is necessary to create a stable educational environment and to provide teacher education and skilled training through various educational support. In addition, the importance of the humane side of early childhood teachers who have cultivated good character must be recognized. Therefore, it provides many theoretical and practical implications that can help develop high quality education in the field of early childhood education.
