보육교직원의 세대 간 경험에 대한 질적 탐구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 보육교직원의 세대 간 경험의 의미를 탐구하고 보육교직원 간의 이해와 협력을 위한 방안을 제언하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 2022년 7월-8월에 D시와 N시에 소재하는 어린이집의 신입교사 6명, 경력교사 7명, 원장 7명, 총 20명을 대상으로 신입교사, 경력교사, 원장 집단으로 나누어 집단별 각 3회씩 총 9회의 집단면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 집단면담 전사 자료와 현장메모로 Giorgi(2009)의 분석절차를 참고하여 분석하였다. 결과 신입교사, 경력교사, 원장으로 각각 구성된 집단의 세대 간 경험을 분석한 결과 보육교직원들은 서로를 바라보는 시각에 조금씩 차이를 보이며 ‘서로 어긋난 시선’이 존재하였고, ‘존중하고 존중받고 싶은 관계’가 되기를 희망하였다. 또한 서로에 대한 기대와 조심스러움으로 ‘부담스럽고 불편한건 마찬가지’라는 입장을 보이면서 ‘복지는 맞춤형으로’라는 공통된 의견도 제안하였다. 결론 연구결과를 바탕으로 보육교직원의 세대 이해와 협력을 위해 ‘상호존중의 문화’, ‘공유를 위한 소통구조’, ‘공동체와 개인 생활 보장의 원칙’, ‘인간적인 복지’, ‘공동의 운영철학’으로의 개선 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to explore the meaning of intergenerational experiences of childcare staff and to suggest ways for understanding and cooperation among childcare staff. Methods To this end, in July-August 2022, a total of 20 teachers, 6 new teachers, 7 experienced teachers, and 7 the head of a daycare center, of daycare centers located in D and N cities were divided into new teachers, experienced teachers, and director groups, and each group A total of 9 group interviews were conducted, 3 times each. The collected data were analyzed by referring to the analysis procedure of Giorgi (2009) in group interview transcription data and field memo. Results As a result of analyzing the intergenerational experiences of childcare staff, there was a difference in the perspectives of the childcare staff to each other, so they expressed ‘different gaze each other’. And they wanted to be a ‘relationship that wants to be respected and respected’. In addition, with expectations and burdens for each other, they showed the position that ‘burdened and uncomfortable are the same’, and suggested a common opinion that ‘welfare is customized’. Conclusions Based on the research results, ‘culture of mutual respect’, ‘communication structure for sharing’, ‘principle of guaranteeing community and individual life’, ‘human welfare’, ‘common operating philosophy’ for childcare faculty's understanding and cooperation of generations Suggested improvement measures.
