국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년이 지각하는 그릿, 테크놀로지 자기효능감, 온라인 학습 만족도 및 학습전이 간의관계를 알아보고, 그릿과 온라인 학습 만족도 및 학습전이의 관계에서 테크놀로지 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 수행하였다. 이를 위해 초등학교 고학년 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는SPSS 28.0과 SPSS Process macro 4.1을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 노력지속성은 흥미일관성, 테크놀로지 자기효능감, 온라인 학습 만족도, 온라인 학습전이와 정적 상관을 보였고, 특히, 온라인 학습 만족도와 학습전이는 가장 높은 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 그릿의 하위요인 중 노력지속성과 온라인 학습 만족도 및 학습전이 간 테크놀로지 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이러한 결과는 끊임없이 쏟는 노력을 의미하는 그릿, 테크놀로지에 관한 신념, 학습의 만족도가 온라인 학습에서 긍정적인 효과를 기대하는 요인이 될 수 있음을 의미하며, 이를 증진하기 위한 전략이 요구됨을 시사한다. 본 연구는 초등학교 온라인 학습의 효과를 증진하기 위한 요인을 검증하였다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between technological self-efficacy and GRIT, online learning satisfaction, and transfer of learning perceived by among elementary school students. It also aimed to verify the mediating effect of technological self-efficacy. To this end, a survey was conducted on 300 elementary school students. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 28.0 and SPSS Process Macro 4.1 program. The results were as follows; first, persistence in student effort showed a positive correlation with persisted interest, technological self-efficacy, online learning satisfaction, and transfer of online learning. In particular, online learning satisfaction and transfer of learning showed the highest positive correlation. Second, among the sub-factors of GRIT, the mediating effect of technological self-efficacy on persistant effort, online learning satisfaction, and transfer of learning was verified. These results imply that GRIT(perseverance of effort), belief in technology, and learning satisfaction are factors that can lead to a positive effect in online learning. It suggests that a strategy to promote these factors is required. This study is significant in that it verified the factors for enhancing the effectiveness of online learning in elementary schools.
